I growled. We shifted, well the ones that could shift, and headed back towards the hospital. I could hear growling as we grew closer. We had to stop about twenty feet from the hospital. The fucking ground was shaking, and it was dark as fuck. There was a thick ring of trees surrounding the entire building. Twelve rogues were growling at something at the front of what was the hospital. One rouge lunged at whatever was standing there only to be struck down by lightning. The thunder was increasing in power. You could feel the fucking power floating in the air along with electricity. “Get out of the way you fey whore.” one of the rogues growled.

“I don’t have anywhere else to go. Could I stay here, at least until this is over?” “Of course,” I replied without hesitation. “You’re welcome here. We’ll fight this together.” Light’s shoulders relaxed, a flicker of relief passing over her face. “Thank you, Varg. I’ll do whatever I can to help.” I nodded, my mind already racing with plans. Thanos might think he could tear apart what I’ve built, but he was wrong. This pack, my family, we’d stand strong.
