Punished by His Love

Punished by His Love

Patricia said. Austin sighed. "It is not that I want to play the role of a villain, but your method can't even be used! Look at the Ford family. Ten years ago, the Ford family was a huge family with a flourishing business and their family was still growing. Sean had four sons and the entire family, including the maids, came to a total of almost a hundred members. But, now? The large Ford Residence is empty and has nobody in it. How miserable is that?"

Genevieve Herbin
Excellent! I have been reading this book for months and I can’t put it down. I enjoy it and wish you would not make me wait so long to continue reading the next chapters. It is repetitive a lot but I can skip over to get to the important part. I will give you a 4.5 because of the repetitiveness.

Keeping to the Family

Keeping to the Family

They understood the way things were done in them that people who didn’t have eight-plus kids could never. The day she moved out of her parent's house was the day she had broken free from the pack. She had watched the rest of them all end up running back to the fold. She swore she would never. Out of the seventeen kids from the two families, she was the third youngest, with only two from the other family younger than her. Ana and Lance, and she was older than then by six years or so. At least that was between her and Lance, who was the youngest. They had been family to her for most of her life. She had thought of them as cousins at best. Sometimes closer than brothers or sisters. It was just

The Midnight Club Murders

The Midnight Club Murders

Except behind all the lies and the filth underneath the nails of everyone. The Niv family runs a fraudulent investment firm that scammed broke college students into bankruptcy; the Toni family houses an arsonist son and a dope-dealing daughter. the families down Maple Street all protested to remove a black man from their cul-de-sac; the Slaver family covered up a hit and run that killed Mr. Nissa’s wife. It goes on and on.

Revenge After Divorce: Ex-Husband Regret

Revenge After Divorce: Ex-Husband Regret

Every detail of tonight had been crafted for perfection but I wasn’t here to be dazzled. My gaze flicked toward the long row of velvet-covered seats near the front. There they were. The four families. The Brown Family— fake smilies, fake smiles on their lips, but their children were already stirring trouble at the far side of the room. Spoiled, entitled, rotten to the core. The Galen family —cold, always calculating. Their eyes never stayed still, scanning every face, measuring worth. Then, the Frost Family. My eyes darkened. Zeke’s family. My ex-husband. The ones who caused my sister death and made me a clown.

Goodbye, CEO Trashbag

Goodbye, CEO Trashbag

As the girl walked away, she kept glancing back at Alfred, reluctant to leave. "I'll always support you and Vivian! You have to get married!" Alfred watched them go, then casually dropped a scoop of ice cream onto my plate. "Babe, don't take it to heart. The CEO Falls in Love series on Vivian's socials is blowing up—it's great for the company. You have no idea how happy it makes her. If I shut it down, she'll be upset."

Trash Groom, Stolen Gown

Trash Groom, Stolen Gown

Lisa blew up after listening, calling me a seductress, accusing me of trying to steal her husband. I didn't bother explaining—she went straight onto my block list. After that, the Vance family business flourished. I ignored the Huxley family entirely, but they never found peace. Having lost the company, Alistair tried to rebuild. Without capital, he had to beg for loans. Once a Huxley scion, people might have indulged him before—but now, no one took him seriously. I happened to attend a gathering and saw him humiliated by wealthy heirs, forced to dance in women's skirts. He spotted me and tried to hide, but I barely glanced in his direction.

Sacrificed for the Family

Sacrificed for the Family

I said at last, my voice stripped of all warmth, “your husband died loyal to this family. He was a good man.” She froze at the mention of his name. “And you’ve been hiding behind his sacrifice to manipulate, to lie, to destroy someone else’s life.” I straightened. “Effective immediately, all support the family has been giving you is terminated. This house will be reclaimed. Your actions will be reported to the family council. What happens next is no longer my concern.” I turned away. I didn’t look back. The regret nearly crushed me—but beneath it grew something worse. A manic, obsessive certainty.

Married To A Lie

Married To A Lie

I stood at the foot of the stairs, watching the three of them disappear into the room together. A family of three, warm and harmonious. And me—I was the extra. I walked into the study, opened the safe, and took out every important document: property deeds, car titles, bankbooks, and that joke of a marriage certificate. I tore the certificate into pieces—strip by strip—until my fingers went numb. Midnight. The countdown hit zero. I deleted the countdown app from my phone, erasing it the same way I erased the five wasted years of my life.

The Throwaway Wife

The Throwaway Wife

I didn’t respond to her smug look, keeping my eyes forward. Deep down, I was counting the days until the divorce deadline finally arrived. Mindy gave a shy smile and turned toward the restroom to change. When she emerged, the car continued on its way. It wasn’t long before we arrived at Tyler’s family home in the countryside. As I opened the car door, Rachel was already waiting at the front steps. She must have known we were coming. "Mom!" I called out, ready to grab the gifts I had carefully prepared from the trunk.
