Trevor Noah Abel Novels & Stories

Thank the heavens that I don't have to walk very far! I move over to the doorway and gently push the door open. I stand in the opening as I gaze into the room. Trevor is laid out on a bed with a blanket pulled up to his shoulders. He is pale and still, which freaks me out and horrifies me. I see Noah sitting beside him with his head in his hands and his mom, Millie is curled up in a ball on a chair on the other side of the room. “Is he.. dead?” My words barely come out as a whisper, but still, Noah looks up. Standing quickly, he moves over to help me over to the chair, where he seats me. “Are you okay?” He asks me and I nod.

The territorial jerk that he is, Abel immediately wraps an arm around my waist and pulls me to his side. He glares at the guy and shakes his head. “Not today, man. Not ever.” I roll my eyes, pleading with the stranger for understanding. His own eyes fill with recognition. “Heavy, huh? I’m Noah, by the way. Catch you later, pretty lady!” After Noah turns and leaves, I struggle out of Abel’s grip and push his shoulder. “Not cool! Not cool at all." His head tilts to the side. "What did he mean by that comment? Heavy?"

"Thanks for helping me out today. Here go pick up a pizza and a six-pack. Enjoy it—on me." Gio's scrutinizing eyes didn't go unnoticed. The way Noah was acting, they'd all be onto him soon, but Gio was probably already thinking it. He knew him better than anyone else did. "What? You're not coming with?" Abel asked, taking the money. Noah shook his head. "I gotta lot of unpacking to do. Then I still gotta go into the gym tonight." He flexed his arm. "Rain or shine, baby, can't stop training. Pretty soon, I'll be back in the ring."

As the search results appear, my jaw drops, and my eyes widen like saucers. Meet Noah 'EN’ Taylor, the son of Jude Taylor, a billionaire who has held an oil block since the early 1980s. Not only does his father own a conglomerate of comoanies, spanning across America and various Asian countries, but his mother, Helen Taylor, is an accomplished individual herself. She retired as a Professor, she held the prestigious position of America’s ambassador to Egypt.

That was all he said Then added casually “Not really my type.” The boys exchanged surprised glances. Trevor… talking like this? To a girl? Casually? Claudia shook her head. “You know what, I’m leaving before your ‘not-my-type’ girlfriend gets the wrong idea.” She walked out without waiting And Trevor’s eyes followed her. For a brief second, something unreadable flickered across his face. Then— “Yo,” Noah called, breaking the silence as he stepped forward. “You need to see this.” He showed Trevor his phone.

Abel is the one to quickly divert the conversation. "Don't believe we've had the chance to meet, but I'm sure we've heard a lot about each other," he jokes and sticks out his hand to Noel. "I'm Abel Hayes, nice to finally meet you, Noel." She smiles and shakes his hand. "Likewise, Abel. Anyone who can stomach being a long time friend of this guy is an interest of mine. I'm sure you have many stories," she says and kicks Harken under the table. He doesn't seem phased by it as he just grins at her.

What a joke it was. “You must remember something. I am begging you to recall any detail, absolutely anything that could help us right now.” He was whispering. The bottomof his black jeans was covered in mud, his shoes were clean. And she was back to noticing little things about him. “You make me sick.” Vanessa squarely challeneged his eyes. Staring deep, unwilling to shift even for a second. She wasn’t lying. Noah Abel was every bit treacherous, scary and single-minded as Evan had first warned her of. And she was sick of him playing her like a marionette.

Abel stepped out. “She's not around.” “Where is she?” He roared. “Bring your voice down. Stop shouting like an insane man.” Abel said to him but Noah suddenly grabbed him by the collar. “I have no interest in talking to you.” He pushed him. “Where's she?” “And why should I tell you?” Noah looked at him. He always wanted an excuse to kill this man and Abel is making it easy for him. “I need to talk to her.” “Leave your message.” Abel said.

“She's been talking to this Abel guy for quite some time now, I never asked her about it. The other day, I heard her say she loved him. I'm sure it's the guy she left me for.” Victor watched his friend. “This Abel guy doesn't have a second name? We could run a check?” “No, no.” Noah shook his head. “How's your dad taking the news?” “He is mad.” Noah answered. “He is really furious. He doesn't want a scandal so he's probably looking for a solution, I want nothing to do with it.” “Stop drinking man.” Victor took the bottle from him. “You need a clear head.” “I tried calling her a thousand times, her number doesn't go through.” He pulled out his phone and dialed her number again. “Maybe she'll
