The Alpha's Bodyguard

The Alpha's Bodyguard

Probably a worker from the Hall. “I’m Matthew,” “Evans.” I shook his hand. “These people really think they’re gods huh?” I nodded in agreement, “I ignore them mostly,” He smiled and looked at me, “You must be a pretty tough man to be the Alpha’s bodyguard huh?” I shrugged, “Where do you work?” I looked up and down his attire, his jacket looked way too expensive for someone who would work at the administration or even at a higher post. What if he was a–

THE CEO's BODYGUARD

THE CEO's BODYGUARD

Five years of martial arts training, a black belt in Taekwondo, and so many other skills, but it was the note from her very recent instructor in Karate, that had apparently done the trick this time. "Jenna Smith is the most dangerous woman I've ever trained." "I... got the job?" Jenna asked. "Yes you have," the voice confirmed. "Report to the Creed mansion tomorrow at 8 AM. When you arrive, ask for Kai." The line went dead. Jenna stared at her phone for a long moment. This is it, she thought. This was the breakthrough she had been hoping and praying to get. A real bodyguard job, one even better than the security firms she had applied to which could give her a bigger paycheck – enough to keep

The Bodyguards boy

The Bodyguards boy

“Bodyguard.” Cassian blinked. Then laughed. “Oh, my father must be livid.” Rowan didn’t respond. He wasn’t here to laugh. He was here to protect something or someone that clearly didn’t want to be saved. Cassian dropped the ice and stood, eyes flicking over Rowan’s frame tall, built, black T-shirt stretched over muscle and discipline. “Not bad. At least they sent someone with arms this time.” “Try anything and I break your arm,” Rowan replied.

the bodyguard's secret

the bodyguard's secret

The thought of leaving this steel cocoon, this space where Silas had been only *his*, not the bodyguard, not Dominic’s employee, was like stepping back into a freezing river. Silas sat up, the movement fluid despite the lingering intimacy. Leo missed his warmth instantly, the cool air biting. Silas didn’t look away as he reached for the discarded clothes. There was a new kind of intensity in his gaze now – a possessiveness, yes, but also a deep, grim responsibility. He’d crossed the line irrevocably; his duty was now singular: protect Leo *from* Dominic, at all costs. He handed Leo his clothes, his touch lingering for a second on Leo’s arm. “Quickly. Quietly.” His voice was back to a low, pr

Ex-Husband's Relentless Desire

Ex-Husband's Relentless Desire

I greeted them politely before closing the door and turning back to Will, "Three bodyguards seem excessive. If I constantly have three of them accompanying me to work, no one will want to be my friend." "If I could, I would provide you with ten bodyguards," Will responded, emphasizing his concern, "Travis found these three individuals last night. They all have prior experience in the military, including combat. You need to trust Travis's judgment." "While I appreciate your concern, one bodyguard should suffice," I maintained. I contacted Travis and managed to negotiate with him, convincing him to let me keep just one. I chose Grey, partly due to his relatively young age and seemingly friendl

The CEO's Forbidden Wife

The CEO's Forbidden Wife

Back in Manila, the lights in Thirdie Stone’s office were still on. The city outside its floor-to-ceiling windows glittered, alive and careless, unaware of the silent war moving beneath it. Thirdie reached for the intercom on his desk. “Jeff,” he said calmly. “Come to my office.” Less than a minute later, the door opened. Jeff stepped in, tablet in hand, face serious. He had worked with Thirdie long enough to know this wasn’t a casual check-in. “Sit,” Thirdie said. Jeff did. Thirdie didn’t look away from the skyline as he spoke. “The two bodyguards I assigned to Kathalina. Are they still with her?”

14 Days With The Mafia Lord

14 Days With The Mafia Lord

Billy acknowledged me with a nod from his brother's side. "Morning, fellas," I finally said. Billy and Butch were identical twin brothers who served as my personal bodyguards. If there was something I wanted doing, they were the ones I trusted to do it. From breaking the knees of late payers to finding dirt on whoever was unfortunate enough to cross me—they handled it all. Two big, beefy men who could scare the devil himself, they were effective every time.

Love You Till My Last Breath

Love You Till My Last Breath

Emma gritted her teeth, thinking intently. Erza was behind, and she looked at Emma and then thought about something for a long time. She said. "Emma, I can help you set sail. But I need your cooperation, do you agree?" "How do we do it?" … In the hallway, two bodyguards were standing at attention while on duty. They had two guns in their pockets, and their muscular bodies made everyone look at them in awe. They are a special task force with more than five years of experience in the profession of bodyguards. Not only that, one of them was once a national boxing player.

Secrets of the Luna

Secrets of the Luna

Once I was on the ground and being towered over my them, I replied to Stella. “Hot damn.” They were looking between us and didn’t speak until Stella was beside me. “Good morning. I am Travis and this is Kyle. We are your bodyguards for the next week.” Travis said. He had the bleach blonde hair. “Or as long as you are here.” Kyle interrupted. “Why do you say that?” I asked. “Once you see what we have to offer, most don’t want to leave.” I didn’t miss the double meaning.

Every single book I read from Mrs. Smith is AMAZING! Secrets of the Luna is no exception. Her writing makes the story fly by too fast! What I LOVE is you become part of the story, and to me, that's a sign she's a great author.

Love the book although the plot is just a repetition of Tattooed Luna with a few differences. Same storylines… FL with complicated childhood being hunted down by villain with Mafia ties and overprotective brother is also in the mix. Just too similar in my view. But enjoyable nonetheless.

I Saved the Mafia Boss—Now I'm His Obsession.

She clicked her tongue, “They’re not just bodyguards, Maduzinha. They’re professionals. Disciplined. Coordinated. They even brought their own equipment, night vision stuff, radios, the whole thing. I’ve never seen anything like it outside of military or federal police.” I blinked, sitting up a little straighter on the couch, my half-finished breakfast forgotten, “They’re really that good?” I could hear her shifting on the other end of the line, probably pacing through the kitchen in her slippers, phone tucked between her shoulder and cheek. “They don’t smile,” she said, “They don’t talk much, either. They rotate every twelve hours without ever being told. One of them spotted that homem desgr

I just finished this book - and I am SAT. The emotions I went through, the characters - I read everything and I can’t move on from Maddie and Adriano. I love the way you write and I love this world you have created. How does it feel to have so much power? Please keep writing.
