Nana was seated beside Laurel, her albums spread out in front of them both. “They called me the great woman of light in this village,” she said proudly, pointing to one of her pictures.
“Oh! There’s no need to ask why you got called that,” Laurel said, a teasing smirk on his face, and Nana giggled while Rosalie laughed and Aunt Ryan rolled her eyes.
