She woke up and we parked Jasper came and grabbed her hand and helped her walk in the restaurant, we ordered our food and ate the four of us had a wonderful time we haven’t had much time to hang out just us in a while it felt good just spending time with them, I enjoy spending more time with her and Jasper then her and Draco I love him but Jasper is more down to earth and he makes me laugh and the way he is so loving and caring to Dee it amazes me Draco is loving and caring but he is not as attention to detail like Jasper, I hope that changes for his sake because even the goddess brought him back to keep balance with Dee the Goddess must have underestimated Jasper and the love he has for her

Luckily, my words didn’t sound too slurred. He smiled and turned to the bartender… who amazingly enough came right over. Everyone who had been waiting for a drink looked over, jealous. The girls kept looking at the guy holding my hand. There was something about him that made him impossible not to look at. If I hadn’t grown up around werewolves I would probably be staring at him too. Werewolves have this amazing ability to attract all the attention around them when they wanted it, and the older, more experienced ones could blend in like they were invisible if they needed to too.

Cassandra's POV: Upon awakening, I immediately sensed an absence in the bed beside me. Jasper was nowhere to be found, prompting an involuntary pout. As I lay there, my mind drifted to the events of the previous night, during which Jasper had been incredibly supportive of my choices and even sought my assistance with his work, as his mother had done for his father. This memory brought a smile to my face, but it was short-lived as I remembered that Jasper and Julie had spent the weekend in the same bed where I now lay. Day 15 of The Gladiator Games TALA “Eloise! Tala!” Jasper's frantic voice could be heard along with his hurried footsteps. We didn’t get a chance to see him yesterday and he had put a block up to us. So when he sent us a mind link early in the morning to meet him at our usual nook in the library, Eloise and I had rushed here. “Jasper, what’s wrong?” My friend rushed to his side quickly seeing the panic in his eyes and the distress that his whole posture held. His light green eyes were rimmed red from exhaustion and his brown hair was ruffled like he had been grabbing it all night.

“It’s only a story, my loves. Do you think the werewolves come from that story?” “It’s not like your story is unfinished because it has no end.” “But you know, something bothers me about that story about the twins...” Jasper said. “W-why? What happened to the twins?” “I know, Ady, I can trust you...” Jasper said. “Of course...” “There’s something in me I don’t always understand very well. Not sometimes, but often since I was a child.” Jasper said. “Okay... and what is it?” “I sometimes have dreams or feelings that I don’t understand,” Jasper said. “You know I’m suddenly hurt for no reason and angry for reasons I don’t know why, but I’m angry in my heart.”

Once I convince him, it is easier for me to believe it myself. “Dude, I got a treat for you.” Jasper’s face appears, shading me from the sun. His tan skin makes his smile look extra white and his dark blonde hair is being bleached by the sun. I yawn with a growl and give a big stretch. “How are you not hung over?”

Glass windows wrap all the way around, giving us a panoramic view of the park, full of majestic trees and opalescent lakes. “Aren’t you glad we waited for this, and didn’t make things official back in that freezing, miserable prison trailer?” I ask, stepping up behind him and wrapping my arms around his waist. “Honestly,” Jasper says, turning around to kiss me, “I don’t really care. I’d be happy anywhere with you.” “You’re so sweet,” I tell him, “but you have to admit, this is so much nicer than anywhere else we could have had our first mate.” “Yeah.” Jasper looks around, smiling at the gorgeous views. “I guess you’re right.”

So all I could do is to stare at what Jasper is doing. Jasper got something from his back and it was the wolfsbane. My entire body turned cold as I realized what Jasper was planning to do with the wolfsbane in his hand. I started to move desperately to save Kivvi from being hit by Jasper who was now glancing at Kivvi, with a triumphant smile, and an evil expression on his face. While Kivvi kept looking at his face bravely without an ounce of fear, even though he was going to face death at the hands of Jasper.

God, I love these two. I tucked her in and Tara was asleep ten minutes into the storytime, that's when I left her and took the baby monitor with me. When I entered the bedroom, Jasper was sitting in his grey sweatpants and nothing else. He was resting his back on the headboard while typing away on his laptop. The man looked buff for a paralegal, hell...even for a criminal lawyer. I realized that still, after all of these months, I can't get enough of his body.
