My Abused Mate

*Angelina's POV* It had been five years. A lot of things have changed. Unexpectedly, I got saved. Maybe it was so that I could take my revenge on them. Sadly, I couldn't even find my mate's dead body to give him a proper send-off. Anyways, I was too dead in most people's eyes. So that no one suspects my identity, I did plastic surgery. It wasn't only on my face, but my body too. Being severely injured from the fall, I was disfigured. I looked almost like a ghost. With no other option, I did plastic surgery all over my body. I hated the fact that I had to do it, but it was the best option I got. Back to the present, the hall was bustling. Everyone seemed busy with work. I was tied by chains all over my body. I wasn't the only one tied up though. There were hundreds of wolves same as me. We were slaves. Today we would be getting sold. There was a ceremony being held today at the Black town, for all the packs. Every pack members from different cities were present. It wasn't only for the

*Angelina's POV* It had been days since I was in prince Kivvi's residence. Though he never wronged me, I could feel he had no interest in me. My wolf was pained by his coldness. But for me, it didn't affect me much. I knew that he would reject me, and I wish to gladly accept it. However, there was no news of him these days. I wasn't even allowed to meet him. Today was my another attempt to meet him, but the guards turned me away. I was returning home when I heard some whisper. The familiar back caught me off guard. It was him, Ryan! My body heated up with anger. I hated the fact that he was still living peacefully while harming others' lives. An unexpected voice dazed me. "Are these all?" I wouldn't misremember it. It's princess Arianna's voice. Curiosity struck me, I decided to get closer to hear them. Their voices were now clear to me. "I gathered all the information I could. I am sure these are all. Moon Shadow pack is also preparing for attack…" I was stunned by what I heard

Angelina wondered why the Alpha treated everyone better but not his own son. Wasn't a father supposed to love his child unconditionally? Then why was Kivvi's case different? The woods were a quiet place to be and that's why Angelina liked visiting there; to calm her brain down from all the thinking. One thing she liked more about the woods was the end of the woods which was home to a beautiful lake. She loved taking quick showers after her run at that lake and at night, the lake was most beautiful but now, she was going there just to clear her head and not to run. She was so engrossed in her thoughts that she didn't even notice a tree trunk in front of her and before she could realize it, she was already tripping against it and falling headfirst into another tree. "Damn!" Angelina cussed out loud. The pain in her head was making her head throb and the more she massaged the affected parts, the more she felt intense pain. She hissed as she got up from the ground, dusting the dirt

Jessica was in disbelief that she was only gone for some months, and Kivvi had already found his mate. She doesn't believe that they would be on lovely terms, but Kivvi was only her's, in her mind. No one else could take him away from her. And she is just a slave, with no good background. Whereas, she is the Beta's daughter! She could help him when he requires any help! However, she could only be a burden to him! How is she eligible to be his mate? She believed that Kivvi would soon reject her, and make her his mate! If it wasn't because of this sudden news, she wouldn't have to rush back here so soon! As soon as Jessica reached, she met Kivvi by the side. It seemed, even destiny favored her to be with him. Why wouldn't it? They are after all childhood sweethearts. "Kivvi!" Jessica ran towards him and engulfed him in a hug. He looked at her from the corner of his eyes. Every time she sees him, he looked more handsome than before. How could she let her grasp off such a seductive ma

Kivvi was passing by, when he noticed Jessica's wounds on her face. He couldn't help but ask, as her childhood friend, he still cared a bit about her after all "What had happened to you? Are you okay? Who could beat you?" "It was done by Angelina! She even dare to hurt my face!" Jessica exclaimed, in anger. "She attacked me although I didn't even do anything to her! Believe me! She is just pre-" Kivvi didn't wait for her to complete what she was going to say, but immediately grasped her shirt and yelled, "Don't you dare come near Angelina! Or, else I will be the one to take your life," Kivvi threatened, warning her to remain out of Angelina's way. After warning Jessica, he pushed her aside and proceeded into the kitchen, to check Angelina up. Kivvi hoped that she was okay, and not hurt at all. However, as he came inside, Angelina glanced at him and his eyes fell on the red bruise on her cheek. "What happened to you? Are you okay?" Kivvi yelled furiously as he approached Angelina to
