The smell became stronger, the vampires blocking the doorway suddenly stepped aside to give way to the so-called Princess. There she was, she had a long mix of blue and white long hair. Luckily, my words didn’t sound too slurred. He smiled and turned to the bartender… who amazingly enough came right over. Everyone who had been waiting for a drink looked over, jealous. The girls kept looking at the guy holding my hand. There was something about him that made him impossible not to look at. If I hadn’t grown up around werewolves I would probably be staring at him too. Werewolves have this amazing ability to attract all the attention around them when they wanted it, and the older, more experienced ones could blend in like they were invisible if they needed to too.

He rambles, before looking back down at his laptop. Odd, I swore he told me I needed to wake up. I just shrugged it off and looked back up at the books. I stopped walking when I saw an old book that belonged to his grandma. It was a book about the wolf people. I bit my lip. I looked over at Hunter again. “Do you believe in the stories of the shapeshifters and the wolf people?” I questioned him, debating if I should tell him or not. I chew on my bottom lip.

I lost the count how many times we made love. Later when I get exhausted, Aspen took me in his arms, and I placed my head on his chest inviting the sweet slumber after our lovemaking. I scoped the area to only see the two girls, I didn't know what the fuck their names were but I knew they were twins and I knew they were friends with her. As they walked past me, I stopped them. "Where's Isabella?" I asked, watching as they looked at each other before they looked at me. "We don't know" they both said in unison. This was some twin telepathy shit and I didn't fuck with that. "I'm pretty sure you do. Where the fuck is she?" I asked once again feeling even more angry. I hated repeating myself. "She just left. Don't bother looking for her." One of them said before they walked away.

This time around, I was looking forward to what fate had in store for us. With a smile, I rested my head and looked at the road ahead. Like the road, there will be many more twists and turns in our future. At least now, we both knew that we had each other no matter what was in store for us.
