Marriage For Convenience

Marriage For Convenience

“It’s not like it’s a marriage for love. Salvatore doesn’t have to feel anything to marry. He only needs to say yes and fuck his bride, perhaps father a kid or two, and keep his wife alive as long as we want peace with the Famiglia. You can do that, right?” I narrowed my eyes, not liking his tone. “I can do that.” Simone shook his head. “That’s a fucking bad idea and you know it.” “It’s unconventional,” I conceded, “but it’s a practice that’s been used in our circles for

The Three Little Guardian Angels

The Three Little Guardian Angels

She wouldn't have stayed if it weren’t because her father had given the order. She could no longer live with that, so she finally came to Bassburgh to stay with her mother’s family. Zephir looked down. A marriage of convenience was all about getting benefits through marriage. It was to elevate the status of both families and had little to no love involved. If he had to get into a similar situation with a woman that he didn’t love, he might just be as repulsed as his cousin.

I've read to 2095 chapters Very interesting story, especially when the triplets are grown up. The negative is the story once the twin are older, drags. Aso the Author left the last chapter incomplete, where she could easily have wrote the next chapters. When is the Author releasing the next chapter

The Billionaire’s Marriage of Convenience

The Billionaire’s Marriage of Convenience

"You should do my make-up more often. It's fun, and I feel really special when someone like you does my make-up." "Someone like me?" "Yes. My husband." "I wish we had met in better circumstances," I admitted, and she sighed. "I always wish so as well. They say everything happens for a reason, so there should be a reason." "I wish I knew it. This marriage was like the biggest test of my life, you know." "But then, what was the point of getting married if we were to divorce after a year anyway? Why not just get married in the first place?" Alena asked, putting her hand on top of mine. Her nails were really cute.

The Billionaire's Bartender Bride

The Billionaire's Bartender Bride

“I had only known him a short period of time before we were married. One day he walked into the bar, then another he was telling me he would help me if I married him. He told me he would perform my brother’s surgery and help me financially as well as take care of things. At the time I agreed because I was told my brother didn’t have much time to live.” “So is your marriage a fake marriage?” She genuinely seemed confused. “We are really married, but it wasn’t like we fell in love beforehand. It is more of a marriage of convenience, although we have agreed to try to make the marriage work like a real couple. We live together, spend time together as a couple, and so on.” “It isn’t completely un

Mafia Men: Nikolai's Inferno

Mafia Men: Nikolai's Inferno

I bit the inside of my cheek, "Then why are you marrying her?" "A marriage of convenience" he simply said. "It's common in our world." I tilted my head to the side. "What's a marriage of convenience?" "It's a contract marriage for political links and power and to ally with the British crime firm." I furrowed my eyebrows. I have never heard anything like that before. This man already had so much power. How much power can a person possibly crave? "My parent's marriage was also a marriage of convenience. My father married the princess of the Bratva to form an alliance with the Russians. My mother was an effortlessly lovable woman, he fell in love with her even before they got married..."

This mafia series is wonderful. Once you read it you'll understand how beautiful this series is. The plot is not like any other story. I keep re-reading this series, especially this book. I never regretted finding this book. Every character is well written. Nikolai is absolutely one of my favorites.

27 chapters read, the book is really addicting, although I am not a fan of very young innocent female leads. My second book from this author, the first one was the one with the mayor's wife. I must say I liked that one more, it was something different, many books have similar storylines, this one too

The Surrogate-in-law: The Billionaire CEO's Deception

The Surrogate-in-law: The Billionaire CEO's Deception

"The whole arrangement with Sarah was just a formal agreement between our families." I handed her the phone. She adjusted her glasses and scanned the screen. "It was about getting married and having a child. But since she’s not able to conceive, the agreement is void." I paused, hesitating, before admitting, "Still... I’ll marry her after the baby’s born." She looked up, and I caught the flicker in her eyes before she masked it. Disappointment. "So your marriage is... a transaction," she said quietly. "Well, marriages of convenience aren’t rare in our world. Especially when it involves business!" I grabbed the hangover soup and sipped it.

A Taste of the Bratva King

A Taste of the Bratva King

She's learned to read my moods without starting fights— makes her the perfect wife for a man like me. "Sergei," she says quietly, "you don't have to pretend enthusiasm you don't feel. I know this isn't exactly your idea of fun." The honesty hits like cold water. We've never talked about it directly— the family conversations, the mutual benefits, the practical arrangement dressed up as romance. But Masha's not stupid. She knows what this is. A marriage of convenience. A contract designed to give me respectability. And an heir. "The baby will be loved," I say. Truth. I might not have chosen this path, but I won't punish a kid for adult decisions.
