The Ultimate Speedverse

The Ultimate Speedverse

Euryale was burning Crimson and Jenna with venom. Susan, Andrews and Kristina had ganged up along with the Lieutenant, firing away with lazer blasts from the fresh supply of weapons that Carter and Henry had brought with them from the facility. But their efforts seemed to be proving futile when some of the blasts simply bounced off of Kratos’s broad and jacked chest. He roared and charged at them, thrusting out his arms ready to turn them into pulp but was thrown back when something sharp streaked past his shoulder. It was Carmen. She was firing her mystical arrows that shot off glistening electrically like tiny bolts of lightning. Kratos drew back, taking cover, where Diana struck out at hi

Sacrificed to the Dragon Prince

Sacrificed to the Dragon Prince

Not yet. "I can see and connect to the energy in the things around me," Ursa continues, "I can give and take that energy, I can share energy to give someone a boost, but once something is dead, I can not bring it back.” She looks down, sad, as she says this. I wonder how she knows this last bit of information, especially considering she has not likely had another soulfire dragon to learn from. I also don’t want to pry. I have not earned their trust yet, and it wouldn’t be right for me to ask more of them than they are ready to give.

The writing is clunky at times, but the story and the characters are mesmerizing. This was my first dragon romance, and it was incredible. So glad the sequel has already started because the ending is criminal. I want to see all my favorites find their happiness.

The Luna of Death

The Luna of Death

"A cursed lineage taking over from a cursed man. It fits perfectly, doesn’t it?" Thorne’s eyes met mine, and sympathy and caution meshed into his stare. “What do we do, Alpha? There’s bound to be unrest and power struggles. And with her...” “The Luna of Death,” I murmured. The title hung heavy in the air, chilling the room with its implications. “We need to tread carefully, Thorne. She’s a living weapon, destructive and unpredictable.” Thorne nodded, understanding the unspoken complexities. “Do you want to reach out? Offer some kind of truce or—”

Destiny

Destiny

They held me and tried to drag me down. "Aah!" I screamed in pain as their fingers found their way into my skin. I heard an evil laugh from behind, unmistakably Lucifer. "You can't take me down. Nobody can," he laughed. "What have you done to these people? Why do they look like this?" I roared as I struggled to break free. Realizing that breaking free was futile, I unleashed my ice powers. Ice exploded everywhere, encasing every human and beast. I was out of control, and chaos reigned.

Dragon Born Luna

Dragon Born Luna

Silence was when the most interesting things happened. The abandoned wing welcomed me with a sigh of stale air and dust. No torches burned here. No guards patrolled. Moonlight streamed through broken panes of stained glass, painting the floor in fractured blues and reds. I paused at the first mural. Dragons. Not the twisted, fire-breathing monsters from the Purge stories, but creatures of impossible grace—their wings spread wide enough to eclipse suns, their claws curled gently around mountain peaks. One coiled protectively around a wolf pup, its massive head bent low as if whispering secrets.

Still coming along nicely. The Archie plot has hot a good point. I feel there is more to come with Rain in the story and I like that. It is good to acknowledge the news spread of his accomplishments beating down Archie, but I would shorten the side conversations of the random people.

I'm honestly surprised that this story doesn't have more views and reviews. It's well-written, moves at a relaxing pace and the author did an amazing job with the descriptions. The characters has great depth, personalities that stand out. It is also clean and well-edited.

Luna of St. Maria

Luna of St. Maria

"Cody, war is already here. It is on your door step. You must face it and win. We will stand beside you when the time comes. We must get to the luna lilies before the Ghost does. Let's get up and find them. You said they were in this meadow. Will you show me the way?" Ursa rises off the ground and shakes the grass from her mane. She looks just like a horse, but her golden horn and ability to talk to humans and werewolves sets her apart from her wild lesser cousins, the horses. "Yes, I will show you. They are down over there under that large oak tree in the center of the field." Queen Ursa follows behind me and the wind changes directions. It blows the way the queen walks. The birds follow he

The Alpha and Me

The Alpha and Me

That's just a fairy tale. Era, I think if you— "Good morning, Era." Era turned around. The voice in her head disappeared and Ursa approached her instead. She tried to remember with an uncertain impression. "I am Ursa Waverly. You may call me Ursa, and I am The Sacred Elder of the Xylvaneth Pack." Era was stunned. Oh dear, these signs of madness continue. "I'm sure you remember that we met last night, although we didn't have a chance to greet each other."
