V For Vendetta Novels & Stories

My Vanguard soldiers instantly slammed their heavy spears against their iron shields in a deafening, synchronized salute to their warlord. I turned back toward the dark interior of the vehicle, smoothing down my black armor. I extended my open, armored hand toward Valeria. I fully intended to play the role of the dominant, protective Vanguard Alpha—to physically show the entire continent that the Blood Moon Heir was securely under my thumb and my military protection. But Valeria didn't even look at my hand. She completely ignored my outstretched palm, stepping right past me with a fluid, terrifying grace that entirely cut me out of the frame.

After a few minutes more the candle lights came on again while the owls returned. I waited to watch in alert and zero seconds. The new vampires stood up in their immortal forms, all in a separate species from the other. They were all physically different. The first one looked very similar to the joker, only this one had fangs, longer nails, a deadly face that made him look like an angry bat, short, red-skinned, and a very huge head. I quickly recognized that one to be the night prowler. He was of the Yara-ma-yha-who breed. An ancient breed common in Japan.

"Look at me! It is Caelum! Wake up from this dark alchemy!" The visor of the black helmet remained emotionless, two crimson flames burning inside the eye slots without a single flicker of humanity or recognition. Vane did not speak; he merely twisted his wrist with terrifying, mechanical precision, leveraging his entire body weight to drive the crimson blade down toward Caelum’s collarbone.

He knew what was at risk and the battle was not about defeating Dominus and Oakwood. “No!” Vendetta’s scream pierced the battlefield. Every head turned toward her. She rose, lifting her hands to the sky as sand and dust started swirling around her. What is she doing? Who is she? I never heard that the Luna had special abilities apart from brewing healing portions. Her eyes lit up with sparks, bursts of light spilling outward as darkness spread across the heavens. It was the same terrifying surge I had felt when my own powers had erupted without control. The exact way the heavens had darkened.

My repaired heart is only asking one thing from the day I became numb is Revenge. See u soon XAVIER REVENGE IS ON I am back for my VENGEANCE -Yours love with lots of hatred Jasmine

Not even a crow could be seen or any creature of the night that was supposed to lurk could be seen—not a single soul. Spread out in an array of echelon formations, a tactical formation wherein the group led by a single entity would have a v-shaped array. At the apex of the v-shaped tactical formation of the delta-ranked werewolves was Soleyah, her back just a meter away from her stood Alpha Alexander followed by her beta. The Crimson Moon Pack’s alpha stood at her back as a lookout for Soleyah’s blindside which was susceptible to sudden attacks.

The wounds on his body were badly mangled, and it truly was a gruesome sight, just as Johnny had warned. Of course, it was easy enough to deduce what had happened, seeing as he had a childhood friend who specialized in special effects makeup—Lorraine Turner. That woman was also the one Louis had held in his arms in my past life! The two of them were the ones who had eloped after clearing out all of the company funds and were the ones behind my untimely death. "You! Absolute! Scum!" With each word, I slapped Louis' face as hard as I could.

I finally called him back after a while. "Come here, Kel. Let's look at these photos together. "This is your Aunt Bree," I said, pointing at Brianna's photo. "Remember, Kel, that she's a bad lady. She's the one who killed your daddy." Kelvin's face turned serious as he nodded. "Okay. I'll remember." "And this is your daddy." I placed a yellowed photo of Calvin on the table. Calvin was smiling happily in a carefree manner in it. "This is handsome daddy? Then what about old papa…"

"See, Elena? No one would ever choose a cold, heartless woman like you. Give it up." His certainty churned my stomach. Then, from the back of the hall, a deep voice rang out, "I will." Every head turned. Kael stepped forward, each stride steady and commanding. The strongest warrior of the Black Moon Pack—silent, formidable—now stood at my side, his presence dominating. Victoria's eyes widened in outrage. "Kael, do you even know what you're saying?" "I know exactly what I'm saying. Elena is the purest bloodline of Silver Creek. She deserves protection, not the chains of false morality."

“It is obviously a dragon. And we will defeat it.” A shadow fell across them. There were shouts of fear as the creature dived towards were a dozen of his men were standing and opened it’s jaws. Alexander’s heart leapt in fear when he saw what was left of the men. “This isn’t a dragon, it’s a demon.” He muttered in horror. ************************ The attack on Vampirehaven lasted for hours. Judy, who stood at the city gate, watched the destruction with glee. “It is almost as if I am in the middle of the whole thing.” She commented to Lupus Tenebris.
