Victor And Emily Novels & Stories

His thumb brushed the blood running down her palm. "Stop fighting me. I'm not him." Emily froze, her chest heaving as she stared up into his eyes. The fight finally drained out of her, leaving her hollow. She lowered her head. "Victor's the father," she whispered between them. "And if you're sending us back..." She looked at him, her eyes glassy. "Do it in a coffin." Damien stared at her. His gaze flicked to the blood on her hand. At the fear in her eyes.

“Emma, you’re making a huge mistake! Don’t you see that they’re using you? They don’t care about you or your daughter. They’re just manipulating you to get what they want!” Emma’s hand trembled as she raised it to slap me, but she hesitated, the conflict clear in her eyes. “Shut up, Emily! You don’t know anything!” “He killed your father! He killed mine too! Why would you team up with him?! Are you dumb?!” I yelled angrily. I turned my gaze to Victor, trying to reach the part of him that had once been my friend. “Victor, please. You don’t have to do this. Think about what you’re doing. Think about my children.”

I kept wishing that he would come back and tell me that everything was fine, that the girls were okay and he'd taken Damien and his cohorts down. A soft knock on the door distracted me. I rushed to open it with some hope that it'd be Dominic even though I knew in the back of my mind that it was not possible. Instead, I found Victoria—she was Victor's sister, but she was hardly around. This was the first time we were meeting each other officially, but I recognised her from the photos around the house. She gave me a sympathetic smile. “Hello, Emily. I'm Victoria, Victor's sister.” She said.

Lance replied, keeping his tone polite. Viktor snorted. "A human girl? Why do you care so much about her? Humans are weak and insignificant creatures. We have no use for them." Lance felt his anger rising, but he kept his cool. "Emily is important to me. And I won't let anyone disrespect me over a human." Viktor laughed mockingly. He narrowed his eyes at Lance, but he didn't say anything. Instead, he motioned for one of his pack members to come forward.

Elizabeth remarked as she folded her arms across her chest staring at her friend. "Come on, Bee. I am happy for you, it's just..." She trailed off as she didn't know how to tell her friend her worries concerning the relationship. She didn't want to create another argument between them over a man she didn't know about. "It's just what? Go on, I'm listening." Elizabeth urged as her eyes bored her friends' eyes. Victor sighed deeply. "U wm happy for you, it's just that I'm scared. I'm scared for you at the same time." Victoria tells her.
