Virgin At 18 Novels & Stories

“You aren’t a virgin, are you?” She shook her head, not bothering to share the singular experience of losing her virginity in the back of a van after a Maroon Five concert to a guy she’d never seen again. They had dated for a couple of weeks before the event, but he’d been history once he’d punched her V-card. It had been a disappointing experience, and she hadn’t been eager to repeat it with anyone in the past two years—until Shane.

“She’s a redhead, and she’s smart. Look at the size of that book! I bet you can talk to her about all your geeky mythology lore and she’d think you were all suave.” My face is turning redder and redder as I stand there, listening to my older siblings try to “help” me have a sexual adventure before leaving to go to school. Being a 21-year-old virgin is so horrifying to them that they want to cure me of my affliction before I move south for school. “What about her?” Bonito points across the bar at a long-legged blonde.

"Don't screw with me, Gisela! You're a virgin... No, no, no, that's not bad, it's just that I lost my virginity at eighteen, and I was the typical nerd, but you, what happened? Why didn't you mention it before?" I don't understand the reason for her surprise, what's wrong with being a virgin; not having the opportunity to give myself to a man because my life will always be for my parents is not an excuse, I have decided all of that. No men because they are the perfect distraction to not fulfill your duties.

I was so fucking tired of being the virgin. At eighteen, in my senior year of high school, that single word had become my prison. Everyone knew it. The whispers followed me down the hallways like a bad smell I could never wash off. “Still a virgin?” they’d sneer in the cafeteria. “What a loser.” “No wonder no one wants her.” “Goody two-shoes Harper probably thinks sex is a sin.”

“This is a bad idea, Elara. For heaven’s sake, we’re virgins.” We grabbed seats at the counter. “Three vodka ala Mello, please,” I told the bartender. Then I turned to Callie with a smirk. “Virgins? Who are you kidding?” Vivi lost her virginity at eighteen to some guy she met at a bar in Brisbane. She’s never shared the full story though, just bits and pieces. Callie’s no virgin either, she gave it up to her cousin’s best friend on her mom’s side. “ The guy who disvirgined you, What was his name again?”

She smirked. Forgot to say this important fact but I'm not virgin neither Julia, let's just say at 18 in France you become a whole new person with alcohol. Besides I lost mine when I was in a party with a guy, I didn't care too much about losing my v-card, I only needed a good nightstand and I had it, the guy was hot who is actually my best friend from France. "I feel like a little virgin with him." I mumbled. "That's so cute." She gushed.

"Virginity party?" Angel frowned as she stared at the large banner stretched out in front of her campus. His gray eyes moved along every strand of words printed on the banner. "Celebrating a New Year's Eve party for virgin girls. Invite the young man you like to enjoy your precious virginity." "Hah?" Angel's mouth opened wide, even so her eyes seemed to twinkle. "That's a pretty crazy idea, but sounds really fun." Angel bit her lips that covered a mischievous smile, her brain began to find who she would invite to go to that crazy party. She was tired of being labeled as a virgin at the age of eighteen, and now was the time to change her innocent status.

Angelo couldn't believe her and just stared at her. That wasn't the first time that she was giving herself to him, the first was on the night she turned eighteen years old. Victoria entered his room and pleaded with him to break her virginity. That was insane and though he wanted to take her right there, pushed her away seeing that she just turned legal years. His rejection drove her insane and she went off to a bar to get involved with another man, he couldn't let that happen and took her away. Angelo even reported to Patricia and she scolded her daughter for acting like a tramp.

I cranked the volume of my car stereo even higher, speeding through the boulevard and weaving past traffic despite knowing I could easily get pulled over. Who cared if I got fined? Who cared about the cops or speed limits today? Elias Vance is a virgin! Don't they get the absolute weight of this?! I mean... he isn't gay! He's an untouched, inexperienced, pristine virgin! My thirty-nine-year-old virgin!! I couldn't even fully process the sheer, glorious magnitude of this revelation!

"No, um, that's not it. There's more." "Okay, then tell me. Pretend like I'm not even here." "I'll try. It began when I turned eighteen. My best friend Amy knew I was a virgin and set me up on a date with Dan as a birthday present. He's a good looking guy at school that all the girls fawn over. He owed Amy a favor and agreed to go out with me. I didn't care if it was just a setup. I knew it was time for me to lose my virginity and Dan seemed like a good person to do it with.
