Blue Like The Moonlight
Erin began.
"Oh, really?" Uriel quirked a brow. "Which wall?"
"Doesn't matter. You haven't remembered yet."
Uriel frowned, unleashing every curse word in the unseen dictionary.
Hours had eroded under the weathering sun, the pair watching it kiss the horizon, as it does twice a day. Trees ceased its endless swaying, preparing to rest for the night, cows and sheep reducing their steps to a gentle pace. The sunset sky bleeds and drips, and it's like it's on fire, red spilling over the yellow like ink, bathing the entirety of the farm in a hot, orange light that bounces off the windows, as if there are flames on every floor of each little shed burning out the glass.
