I held up a deep blue gown, the fabric flowing and heavy in my hands, catching the light.
He raised an eyebrow. “Hmm… too serious. You need something elegant, but also fun.”
We laughed together, teasing over ridiculous choices, a princess-style ball gown straight out of Luna’s storybook, a sparkly silver number that looked like it belonged in a disco. Hours slipped by, the stress of the day melting with every laugh. For a moment, Drew and the sandals faded from my mind, along with Harry’s warnings.
Finally, Harry held up a soft emerald green dress. “This. Trust me. Try this on.”
