Vampire of the New World

Vampire of the New World

Jon had no idea what his client looked like and could not remember talking to him. "Dante… Dante…" Jon murmured as he recalled the 14th century Italian writer and his Divine Comedy. There were three parts to the epic poem, but for some reason, Jon only thought of the first one – Inferno. The images of hell flooded his mind – tormented souls that reside in the nine circles of hell. For a moment, he thought he could hear cries of anguish and pain as well as see writhing bodies amidst the red flames and scorching heat.

Captain Cook
Excellent book! Plenty of suspense with vivid descriptions of locations and characters! I've reached Chapter 169 and didn't see any issues. I hope the author updates soon with new chapters! Great work!

This is an extremely well-written book. Of all the books I’ve read on the platform, this author’s command of the English language is the best. The story is great and reminds me a lot of Bram Stoker’s Dracula.

Luca's Inferno

Luca's Inferno

He did not want to come off as offensive. "People do not get fated mates anymore," he said, and I shook my head because he had no clue what I had been through and how I connected with Luca. "Do you know how people find their fated mates? Describe it to me." I said, and he just stared because even though we thought that there was a time people found mates that were chosen by the goddess, there was no description in literature as to how it was done, so even if people experienced it, they would never know.

Billionaire Daddy's Little Artist

Billionaire Daddy's Little Artist

As I gazed at it, I imagined myself standing before the white brick structure and wondered about its spiritual significance for the people of that time. I continued walking and found myself drawn to the statue of Jean-Baptiste Carpeaux. I remember reading the history behind this statue in school. It was known as the divine comedy, which described the encounter in Hell between the writer, led by Virgil, and Ugolino della Gherardesca. The count recounts the punishment he had suffered.

The secret Of The Lavender Field

The secret Of The Lavender Field

I observed the worn cover, indicating he read that book frequently. "The Divine Comedy?" I handed the book back to him. "It's a classic, one of my favorite books," Matteo smiled, turning the book in his hands. "Your favorite book is about a detailed description of hell..." I raised both eyebrows, staring at him. I would never have guessed he was reading something like that! "I know it sounds silly, but..." "No... it's not silly! Maybe a little scary, but not silly," I immediately interjected, not allowing him to finish the sentence. "I like detective suspense."

Mr Cruz [BOOK 1]

Mr Cruz [BOOK 1]

Everything led back to her and our kiss and I wanted to do it over and over again, and more. I fell on the bed, kicking my shoes off and picking up my favorite book. La Divina Commedia, a three-part poem about the travels through the three regions, Hell, Purgatory and Paradise. It was an immediate distraction from my tormenting thoughts and the fact Emiliana was only down the hall. Or so I thought. Soft knocks, almost inaudible, tapped on my door. Louder ones followed before the door swung open.

The Divine Undertaker

"No. But if it isn't, won't we have to repeat the Great Rebirth?" Then, turning to Lux, he said, "Your divination is without peer, Lux. Can you see if it is the Coffin of the Gods?" "It's the real deal." Lux smiled and nodded. "It's the core of the apocalypse, an entity that can wipe out all life… The Elysium and the Trinity are now aware, and we can expect trouble. Still, our Pantheon really managed to fool them this time…" Everyone sighed in relief but soon fumed briefly, though that alone shook the very air around them.
