There was no villainess nor any mention of Rubia. The Novel revolves around the worlds of the male lead Damien and the female lead Catherine. Catherine had no feelings for Fredrick after their first meet but, Fredricks action remain the same as it was in the original Novel. (Refer Chapter 3 - The original story).
