I looked around the room. At the wolves watching. Waiting. Desperate for something to believe in. “You don’t have a leader problem,” I said. Pause. “You have a loyalty problem.”

But you forgot one thing. My parents taught me to look beneath the surface. And I see you for what you are: a coward who sells his loyalty to the highest bidder.” I looked at Vincent. “And you… you wanted a weapon. You wanted revenge. But you’re just a pawn too. You play right into the hands of people like Arthur and Lucius. You think you’re winning, but you’re just doing their dirty work.”
