Little Sapphire pushed the thick bushes out of the way and crawled under. A few thorns pricked her and the stony ground hurt her knees, but she didn't give up. She looked around but she couldn't find her pet bunny. Her mother got her a little pinkish-white bunny with a magenta heart gem on her forehead and pretty pink eyes. She wasn't an ordinary bunny, of course. Her mother told her she'd get to know what kind of bunny she is when the gem on her forehead takes its final colour. Sapphire had been taking care of the bunny for six months. Just three more months before she transforms.

All of them were in their battle stance as they waited for whatever coming out behind the bush. A small black rabbit hopped out, red eyes staring at them with its head tilting to the side. "Aw~! It's so cute!" Marjien cooed and stepped towards the bunny. Chloe quickly stopped her with the sheathed sword in front of Marjien.

I touched it gingerly, a shiver running through me. The sound of a soft thump followed by a rustle of movement drew my attention. I turned to see Lina, Felix’s pet rabbit, hopping into the bathroom, her nose twitching curiously. She was a stunning thing, snow-white fur, ears tipped with the faintest hint of gray, eyes like polished black glass. “Hey, sweet girl,” I murmured, crouching down to scratch behind her ears. She leaned into the touch, her whiskers quivering.

She decided not to disturbed the Old couple and went towards the back of the house where Luke was. "Big sister, look at Chummy. Don't you think it's too fat?" Frost suddenly asked when he saw his Big sister approach him. He found his pet rabbit fatter than before. Its belly is so round and big. "Let me see." Frost said and also observed the white rabbit who was cutely nibbling on a carrot. It didn't even attack Frost who was touching its tummy. "What's wrong with Chummy? Is it going to die?" Luke asked, eyes reddened at the thought of his pet dying. He looks very pitiful.

He called the doctor and he informed that she got panicked and dehydration made it worst. Dominick walked outside to look for his little bunny. As expected he spotted her outside, she was plucking the flowers. His lips turned into smile when she placed one white flower above her ear and peaked into small pond to see her face, she scrunched her nose in disapproval and changed white flower with yellow one.

He laughed to himself. There was a slight breeze in the meadow. She looked down and saw his chocolate colored fur. She snuggled into him but something was different. She looked and saw the auburn fur on her paws. She was a wolf! She closed her eyes and relaxed. She was where she belonged, and all was right with the world, for the moment.

They followed the sound, slipping through the trees, until they found the source. A wolf, a massive white one, was standing at the edge of the clearing. Its fur was matted with blood, its eyes wild, almost frantic. It locked eyes with Selene, and she immediately recognized the fear in its gaze. "What’s wrong?" she asked softly, stepping closer, her voice steady despite the uncertainty in her chest. The wolf whimpered, stepping forward, and to her surprise, it shifted, its form morphing into a man. He was young, no older than twenty, and his clothes were torn. Blood soaked through his shirt, but it wasn’t his own.

I was just in time to see her carry a white bunny into her embrace. “If only Ronan would let me keep this in the courtyard… it’s such an adorable little thing.”
