After that, I stared at the affectionate nickname that had yet to be changed in our chat and at the last message in our chat history. "Did you get home?" He had sent that the night everything happened, and I never replied. I deleted our chat and unfollowed him before jogging to catch up with Tricia. The restaurant was nearly empty, and we had just found a quiet corner when a voice rang out behind us, "What a coincidence! If it isn't my ex with the world's worst temper."
