I admired how long it had gotten for a second then threw it back over my shoulder again.
“I miss my straightener,” I said patting my hair down looking in our mirror.
“Please, I wish my hair wasn’t so straight,” Callie swatted my hand away from my hair, “Most girls would kill to have hair as easy as yours. You never have to style it, it’s all-natural.”
“It’s nice to have options,” I said glancing one more time at my reflection in the mirror.
“Then braid it,” Cal laughed, opening the door, “But whatever you do make it fast cuz I’m hungry.” I gave up on my hair and followed her out the door.
