The Fire That Chose Me

The Fire That Chose Me

Not anymore. “No,” she whispered, and fire roared from her hands, shooting forward in a wave that scorched the earth and turned the night into a mockery of dawn. Flames licked the trees, and hunters dove to the ground, shouting orders that melted into chaos. Aiden moved at the same time. He lunged like lightning, his jaws snapping on a hunter before the man could fire. The scream cut short, drowned in the snarl of teeth and the thud of bodies hitting earth.

Mate to the Dragon Prince

Mate to the Dragon Prince

I prayed, hoping the whole night was one sick dream. But from the heat on my skin, I knew it was no dream. While the heat didn’t harm me, it made me aware this was reality. I searched whimpering, hoping to find something as defense, but I was surrounded by only twigs, grass and dirt. Nothing came to my aid as whatever approached me slowly. I watched the flames crackling, sparking sharply as it burned the pieces of wood, any bit of life it can grab onto. I looked at the flames that still caressed my hands, then into the darkness, where it stood, stepping forward, “STAY BACK!” I yelled, reaching out with my hands, but it only caused the flames to soar higher, grow into a wildfire as it climbed

Married to A Cruel Billionaire

Married to A Cruel Billionaire

Far back at the distance where we landed yesterday a black cloud darkened the air emitting from between the trees. Running I grabbed Hunter's hand. "Hunter, Look! A campfire. We are saved," I exclaimed. "Come on!" I tugged at his hand preparing to run to the direction but stopped when he didn't budge. Turning around I glanced at him to see his incisive eyes watching the smoke as if analysing something. Suddenly his eyes widened and hand around mine tightened. I frowned. "What's wrong?" "Run." "Why?" "It's no campfire, it's wildfire."

I love the story. Not short yet not long and did not find any unnecessary drama. Btw, i just love karen. She's so sweet and funny. She's the most young at heart and mischievous grandma ever. The wedding bouquet scene was just so funny! Hahahaha

I loved this book. it kept you on the edge of your seat trying to find out what was going on, and who was behind all the bad things happening. what a plot twist finding out who the villain was. finally both of them were able to have their happy ending. I love the epilogues.

Nut’s POV The fire’s embers cast flickering shadows over the hollowed walls of the abandoned village, painting the remnants of the houses in soft gold and crimson. Outside, the forest murmured with life, the distant sounds of shifting leaves and unseen creatures setting the air trembling with tension. But inside, the packhouse—or what we had turned it into—was a sanctuary of heat, unspoken desire, and bonds stretching taut between wolves and men alike.

she doesn’t tell me her plan but I trust her and mind link the back to fight there way to us. One by one heads pop up as pack members look for us in the crowd and start to make their way through the rogues. As the pack reach us Nova calls out “form a circle and stay in the circle or you’ll get a bit crispy!” What the fuck does that mean? As I wonder what she means she holds her hands out towards the rogue and lets out a scream. Fire flies through the air and burns along the ground sweeping through the drive and yard at incredible speeds. I can only assume this is what a bush fire looks like in the woods spreading from branch to branch. The flames catch the rogues and they howl and snarl at b

Wild Dreams [Story Collection]

Wild Dreams [Story Collection]

They burned like living embers, unblinking, locked directly onto me. A low growl rolled through the trees, so deep it vibrated inside my chest and made my bones hum. This was no ordinary wolf. It was something far older. Far more dangerous. The guards released me as if I had burned them. “Run,” one whispered, terror stripping his voice raw. “Gods save us all—run!” Their torches bobbed wildly as they crashed away through the underbrush like frightened deer, footfalls fading into the night and leaving only the thunder of my own heartbeat in my ears.

ALL YOURS, DADDY

ALL YOURS, DADDY

Sometimes you have to burn everything down to build something better. He lost his license. I lost my family. We lost respectability and normalcy and any chance at a conventional life. But we found each other. And in the end, that's all that matters. Some things are worth burning for. He was my wildfire. And I'd burn again. Curse Of Tethys, Hellblades Series Part 3 of 3

I muttered, slamming the receiver back onto its cradle without waiting for a reply. I stood up from my chair as Serdar approached my desk, the gravity of his presence filling the entire room. “Sir? What is it?” I asked. “The situation in the province has just become worse, Kenan,” Serdar said, his deep voice cutting through the quiet office like a razor blade. “A massive wildfire has just erupted near the edge of town, and it’s spreading uncontrollably. It’s already threatening to devour the entire area of Akyaka.” He slammed a tactical folder down onto my desk, his fingers tapping against the map.

Frequently Asked Questions

I understand the struggle of finding high-quality novels online without breaking the bank. 'Wild Fire' is a popular novel, and while it's not always easy to find legally free versions, there are a few places you might check. Many public libraries offer digital lending services like OverDrive or Libby, where you can borrow eBooks for free with a library card.

Another option is to look for author-approved free chapters or promotions on platforms like Wattpad or Royal Road, where authors sometimes share their work. Just be cautious of shady sites claiming to offer full novels for free—they often violate copyright laws. Supporting authors by purchasing their books or using legal free trials on services like Kindle Unlimited is always the best route if you can.
