"You forced me. You aren't asking my permission to live here," The woman laughed in my surprise again. "I'm sorry for my husband's attitude. Let me introduce myself to you. I'm Jasmine. And I'm his wife," "She's the Queen Luna of this pack," the Alpha King told me. I rolled my eyes and didn't answer. As if I'm interested to know them. "What's for dinner today?" "Oh, I prepared a special dinner for us. Good thing I cooked extra, just right for... what's your name?" His wife asked me.

The Gangster's Paradise

The Gangster's Paradise

The small white flakes of the snow fell down. It always gets like this in Australia, especially in July or August. The country was always covered in white due to the snowfall. And today was no exception. Blessing who knew it was winter, and the weather was supposed to be a cold one; adding to the fact that the snow was falling, felt hot and sweaty. Was it a hot winter? "Aahhh!..." she moaned deliriously as felt the hot and rough hands massaged her inner thighs like nothing before.

So, I thought I'd finish watching Pride and Prejudice like I wanted to before. In my suite, I made myself a cup of coffee and then turned on the television and lay on the couch. I clicked the remote, turning on Pride and Prejudice again. After settling in, got up a few minutes later when the coffee was ready and poured myself a cup. When I looked out the sliding glass doors, a gentle breeze was blowing through the trees, and I slid the doors open to let the draft come in. In Las Vegas, it never gets too cold. Not for long, anyway. But now, close to Halloween, it was gorgeous. Not too cold, and not too hot.

The Phoenix of Winter.

The Phoenix of Winter.

He replied as he looked away. " The Christmas Spirit does not entail you believing what your friends believe but it entails believing what you think is right. I never will force you to believe what you don't want to believe but I will tell you a story of a far away land. A land you never thought will ever exist. " A land where magic runs and where snow falls unceasingly. I will tell you how the winter season originated and why this land is so special. It is left for you to believe what you hear because I can never force you to believe what you do not want to believe.

Midwinter Town: A Novella

He left the room. A fierce winter covered the forests with heavy snow-clusters and icicles, and filled ravines to their edges with drifts, so that the whole land seemed a single white plain. Great, sudden storms came, in which men and herds were lost under the pall of snow; roads grew misleading and perilous. A lonely Jaweldur howled in the distance.

No Winter Waits Forever

" I didn't take the box. I only looked at the scarf around her neck. It was the gift Nora had meant to give her before we left. After seeing Kyle, Nora had thrown it away. Marissa had dug it out of somewhere, washed it until it was wrinkled, and now wore it around her neck. "Marissa Langley," I said. "If everything in this world could be fixed after the fact, we wouldn't need police." The light in Marissa's eyes dimmed. Her lips moved, but for a long while, she couldn't get out a single word. "I know I was wrong. "I... I shouldn't have let myself get so close to Adrian Pierce and ignored how you two felt."

Beneath the Winter Moon

Beneath the Winter Moon

Victoria and Calix had spent the night tangled in warmth and stillness, a soft bubble of peace carved out from the world beyond the frost-covered windows. They hadn’t spoken much as the morning light slipped through the thin curtains, just quiet glances and sleepy smiles, the kind that lingered long after waking. By the time everyone gathered outside to pack up the vehicle, the snow had slowed but not ceased. A thin layer dusted the rooftops and coated the SUV’s windows in a veil of white.

Trouble in Paradise

The maids had been quietly watching from the shadows. Before I could push the door open, someone opened it for me and draped a large towel over my shoulders. "Mrs. Hawk, dry off first so you don't catch a cold." At the same time, another maid rushed outside with an umbrella to fetch Nicholas. Wendy approached with a cup of ginger tea, tears still wet on her face. "Here, drink this to warm up," she said, pressing the cup into my hands. Seeing Wendy broke something inside me. My tears spilled over as I choked out, "Wendy, how has Tabitha been these past two days?"

Ok... After reading all the reviews, I decided not to waste my time. I don't want to go read the book. The way the Ariana has been portrayed as a stupid week wife, i can't take that. At least, not in books. Here, at least, I want to read The Strongest Women.

It's really sad... I am finding it really hard to keep reading this storyline... Ariana deserves happiness and Claudia needs to move out.. move on.. and good riddance of her presence in a married couples relationship !!!!!!!!!!¡

Made For The Alpha

Made For The Alpha

It had been a depressingly hot season, and with his disallowance of her partaking in outdoor activities for fear of her pale skin tarnishing to something darker, Parisa had spent the majority of her days sequestered in different rooms: reading books, learning etiquette, practising her French, playing the piano, actively avoiding his wife and children or dreadfully counting the days to her birthday. Parisa reached forward, her slender hand easily slipping between the grills, and closed around the window’s latch before she twisted and pushed. Sounds of the free world were sharper now. She listed forward, savouring every call from matings to warnings of bugs and birds. A breath of cool, crisp a
