He smiled at me, and we chatted for a while before heading back to our rooms. The next day, training was intense but fun. I enjoyed the thrill of sparring with our warriors and testing my skills. Jason, one of my friends and a fellow warrior, joked around as usual. “Hey baby girl, how about fighting the three best warriors today?” “Ooh come on, why do you all make this daughter of a fallen alpha feel so important?” one of the warriors suggested with a grin, but before I could respond, a deep growl rumbled from behind us.

She hands it back to Amon, takes a piece of gauze, pulls the needle out of my arm, and puts a bandage over the top. I watch as Silas takes a sip of my blood and then proceeds to spit it out, throwing the teacup across the room. Samirah pauses, her hand trembling so slightly that I wondered if it even happened. "Well, that is quite an interesting development now, isn't it. The tribrid, carrying the next dog who will take over your mate's pack. How sweet," he says I start to sweat, unable to stop myself from trembling. He starts pacing around, tapping his hand on his chin. Suddenly, his head snaps to the ceiling, a growl leaving his mouth. He walks over to Felix and kicks him.

Juan cursed under his breath. Xandar was more worried about his mate’s present state. “Baby, is the nausea a side-effect from the hacking?” “No, it’s just…” she glanced at Toby and Juan before looking back at her mate and explained, “The person Jake linked was one of his cronies who left Forest Gloom with him, a she-wolf named Alithia, and she was f*cking someone during the entire link.” Just the thought of it made Lucianne nauseous again.

“I mean it.” “I don’t care what you carry,” he growled. “You’re still Elixir.” “No,” I said quietly. “I’m becoming the door, Lucian. And doors don’t stay closed forever.” He stepped in front of me and pressed his forehead to mine “I’ll follow you through the door,” he said. “Even if it means burning behind you.” My throat clenched Because I believed him That was what scared me most By morning, the camp had shifted Wolves were whispering

Some warriors safeguard the pack, including a Gamma and a Beta, who work closely with the Alpha and Luna. I swiftly shed my clothes and step under the comforting stream of hot water. Aware of the potential intrusion, I hurriedly shampoo my hair with the meager amount provided, rinsing it out before applying conditioner, allowing it to soak briefly. Hastily, I cleanse my body, anxious to avoid any unexpected visitors. Once I finish, I brush my teeth, catching sight of my split lip—a testament to the actions of Damian, the Alpha's son. He's one of the cruelest individuals I've encountered. Simply being in his presence is enough to provoke his sadistic torment. To make matters worse, his girlfr

“What are you talking about?” “Bree Hans?”he scoffed, saying my fake name. Leaning in, his eyes locked onto mine with zero mercy. “Did you really think changing your name and moving to a poor border town would make everyone forget? The whole northern territory knows what happened, Trixie.” The sound of my real name out of his mouth felt like a bucket of ice water poured directly down my spine. “The weak little omega who wanted to be a star,” Harlan continued, taking another slow step forward, completely cornering me against the boards.

I say with a scoff, but as I look up at Fenriz, I see his double crimson irises are back. “Oh, I know them very well,” he says, a growl reverberating from deep inside his chest and literally causing my wolf to slink away. He looks at me with a grin that makes my balls shrivel up inside of me. “Alpha Ryker’s sister was my third bride.” Fuck me.

“Claire, this is your last chance. Walk away from him now and we can forget this ever happened. The pack needs you. I need you. Do not throw your life away for a stranger.” I shake my head. “You needed a puppet. Not a daughter. You have to understand that I am done with everything about you two.” The room feels smaller. One woman in the back looks almost sorry for me but she stays quiet. Typical. No one wants to go against the Alpha. Tyler steps closer, voice dropping like he thinks he can still win me over. “Remember all the good times. The plans we made, our future together. You really forgetting all of that, we've been together for three years Claire”

Third Person's POV In his hazy, drugged state, Zander couldn't actually see the face of the she-wolf in his arms, but that familiar pheromone scent was enough to drive him to the edge of madness. "I'm not Liana..." Elena's body trembled, her own temperature skyrocketing as his scorching pheromones teased her senses. She was being kissed so breathlessly she could only manage broken whispers. "I'm... Elena. The liar you hate the most..."

Later, her crystal ball revealed that the fated mate wasn't in this world at all — they existed in my reality. So she cast another spell in secret, pulling that person across the divide and dropping them somewhere in the werewolf world. I spent the next three years searching for the person I'd dragged here against their will. When I finished telling Lucian the whole story, his knuckles went white on the steering wheel. I could see the storm of emotions playing across his face in the rearview mirror. "It was wrong of me to pull you into this world. Now that the prophecy has been averted, I'll have the Witch open a portal and send you home."
