I say. "They won't do it though. They know when to stop." She says. "Wyatt. Where are you?" I asked in the mind link. "On Patrol. Is everything okay?" He asked. "Get a warrior and get to the Packhouse. Joseph Cooper is here." I say. "Oh great. I'll be right there." Wyatt says. He's been Jackson's Beta for years, so he obviously knows the relationship between these two. That's why I knew it was best to call Wyatt.

You’ll attend an occasion with me later.” Adina looked at Arden Wyatt a little longer before she asked in a seemingly casual fashion, “Is this your new assistant or new secretary?” “Jake has been transferred since he’s now a regional manager. This is my new assistant, Arden Wyatt,” Earl said indifferently. “If you need anything, you can go to him directly.” Adina smiled faintly and nodded at Arden. “Hi, I’m Adina Daugherty.” She held out her right hand.

Already I could tell Eva was losing some of her powers as Second Beta as her mate was no longer this pack’s second in command. Subtly our parents kept Wyatt steady on his feet as he struggled to reign in his new aura. After a minute of concentrating, he finally looked up at me and nodded. “I, Wyatt Zander Winters, accept the post of Beta!” Immediately the room exploded again with claps and cheers, in the distance we heard the howls of the omegas and guards who could not be in the room with us.
