It was quiet for a minute before he apparently concluded something as stood back up. “What?” I asked him. “I think I know something that will make that fade faster.” He told. I looked down at the scar before returning my gaze to Nico. “There’s no way to fully get rid of it is there?” Nico shook his head. “No, despite what the medical industry has tried, scars for humans stay there. I could have done something the night it happened to have prevented it from scarring, but I wasn’t thinking straight. Not to mention that Xanders bites are sloppy to begin with.”

I just nod my head at him in reply as we both get up into the jeep. We make it to the beginning of the float and I hop out and make my way toward Xavier as Christian is next to my brother. I greet Xavier with a quick kiss and wrap my arms around his torso. “Is it dumb I missed you?” A huge smile forms on his lips as he shakes his head. I step away so I can slip my cover up off my body, there are several gasps and a few growls, one distinctly louder than the rest. I turn and see so many eyes on me, a few in Lust but others are in shock and horror. The scars, they see the scars and they can see clearly what they say. The light scars show vividly against my tan skin.
