I've never had a problem with spending money on a woman but Juni has a money spending addiction. I think that's why she always mingles with the rich. I'm currently staring at my phone's screen when I hear someone beside mention Dahlia's name. I immediately lift my head towards the garden's entrance and I can't seem to breathe properly. There she is standing tall on some shimmering heels, holder a little bag to match the shoes and not forgetting the red fitting gown with a shirt like bodice, fitting all her curves in all the right places. Aerian asks. “You are probably right my dark luna. We need to find out if your mother is alive or not Cahal. Savannah and Daniel do you think you can find the proof that we need?” I asked. “We will get on it. All I need is a name.” Savannah states. “Her name is Lavitrya Gallegos.” Cahal says. Cahal shows a picture of his mother that he had saved on his phone. Aerian let out a gasp as her cup slipped from her hand. Thank fuck for shifter speed. I caught the cup before it hit my damn desk. I can feel her start to shake.

Once my eyes spotted her again, I would always fall back into that deep hole of despair. When Dan had communicated what happened, I wanted to be the one to relate the news to her. But as fate would have it, she came to me instead. Just like she was supposed to all these while. Now that Evans was out of the way. She was mine. Whatever this was that she was doing didn't matter. In fact I enjoyed things when they were a little spicier. Two could play the game. DAHLIA "Here, have this instead. Don't drink stupidly." He growled as he sat beside me.

She’ll finally understand she doesn’t belong there.”

Alex swallowed, his eyes flicking to Dreon before returning to Dahlia. “There is only one way to bring Capo Nero to his knees,” Dahlia said as she pressed a button and rose from her chair, moving halfway across the room while a hidden passage slid open. Matteo lifted his chin slightly, his eyes never leaving her. “His boys,” Dahlia said, glancing over her shoulder. “This time, there will be no ransom for their lives. I will make sure he feels the pain of losing what he holds most dear, and I will make him watch.”

He arrives at the apartment Thursday evening and finds Valentina working at the kitchen table and Ethan on a call in the second bedroom, and sits down across from her with the ease of someone who has been in this apartment before, which he hasn't, but which is a Daniel quality.
