Before I write my review, I must say this, this book needs A MAJOR EDIT!! With so many grammatical and punctuation errors I struggled to get through it!! Having to read and reread sentences and paragraphs is really exhausting!!Other than that it was a good read with a good plot.

Rejected and forsaken

Rejected and forsaken

Marsha found herself on a barren land. It seems as if there had been little to no life in that place for some time. The air was hot and dry and there were ugly cracks on the ground. The scorching sun burnt the whole place, including her delicate skin. Marsha tried her best to shield her eyes from the glaring sun. But then a kick in her abdomen made her realise that she was not alone. Placing one hand on her swollen tummy, she looked around for a shelter. But this place was empty, not even a single tree.

Abandoned the Day My Heart Needed Them

Abandoned the Day My Heart Needed Them

On the day I'm diagnosed with dependent personality disorder, my family treats me like I'm the most fragile porcelain. My parents put me first in everything. Mom even quits her executive job to stay by my side during treatment. The day my condition finally stabilizes, they smile with genuine relief for the first time. Even my adopted older sister, Winifred Linberry, smiles. She says, "I told you Sadie wasn't that sick. She just wanted to hog your attention." That day, my parents scold her for the first time and insist she apologize to me. On the night she goes to a class reunion, I quietly mention that my heart feels a little uneasy. Dad suddenly slams the medicine box in his hand ont

Throwing Away What He Had

Throwing Away What He Had

But over the past month, he had rarely met up with me and always blamed work. Only now did I notice that the cute handmade decoration I'd given him was nowhere to be seen. Even the good luck charm I had painstakingly gotten and hung in his car had disappeared. I stared at the fleeting cityscape outside the window, struggling to suppress the ache in my heart. I remained silent the entire ride. When we got to Yvonne's home, she opened the back door of the car. Because she thought I was carsick, she generously invited me to sit in the front.

RUINED

RUINED

He finally said it. He loves me. He arranged the comforter around my body before walking off from my direction. After a while, we had food together. I found out that the condo we’re staying at is actually from his friend Xenoah. It was true that he didn’t stay at our house since what happened to me and Ivann. He said he just wanted to take a breather at that time but then he found out that I left the Philippines and even thought that I eloped together with his cousin since we both disappeared at the same day.

Broken Halo

Broken Halo

Eden said. "I don't know what they keep thinking. They abandoned me, threw me out simply because I wasn't getting them their money anymore because I grew up. Well news flash, staying 15 wasn't an option." Eden said in frustration. "Like seriously? Do I look like a bank to you?" She added. "Whatever, I don't want to talk about my shitty parents. They're not getting anything from me." Eden said. "On the other hand, we're close to Elijah. Ambrose hacked the government database and found his passport. He hasn't left the country that means, and he was spotted in California 2 days ago." Eden informed. She was happy they were getting closer.

Abandoned Wife

He didn't know that he wanted to leave or that he needed it, until his brother made the mention of leaving that place. His Tenth Abandonment Gave Me a New Life

His Tenth Abandonment Gave Me a New Life

When Adrian Hale chose Rosalie Quinn for the tenth time, I was hanging helplessly over the cliff’s edge. He clutched a rope in one hand, the web between his thumb and forefinger worn raw and bloody. Rosalie was sobbing so hard she could barely breathe. “Adrian, I’m scared…” He hesitated for only a second before pulling out a dagger and cutting through the rope on my side. “Clara, hold on. I’ll come back for you after I save Rosalie.” The system counted down in my ear. [The tenth abandonment has been confirmed.] [Life countdown: zero.] Before I fell, I didn’t wait for him to turn around like I had the previous nine times. I only smiled at him. “Adrian Hale, we’re even now.”

Legacy

Legacy

"The King is... he’s a lonely little King." "Let him call," Mateo mumbled, his arm sliding around my waist just to keep us both from sliding off the seat. "He can call the moon. The moon doesn't answer to Cromwells." Everything became a montage of blurry faces and loud choruses. We were all "wasted" in the truest sense—wasted on the freedom, the gin, and the sheer relief of being away from the 40th floor.
