You Shine In The Moonlight Novels & Stories

The moon is up right now, full and bright. It's shining down on us, providing the kind of light I need in my life at this very moment. It knows its place and yet I don't. As I've said before that I feel like my life is a mystery. I'm at the bottom centre of a web, with layers of hidden truths surrounding me. Almost burying me. I need a way out, with each layer bared out. "Who else are you shining down so beautifully right now?" I question the moon, admiring it.

About us? He sighed heavily and reached for my chin gently. Due to shock, I instantaneously lifted my gaze. "Be my date for tonight." The night came, and the hazy orange skies were replaced by the dark night sky. I slowly looked up at the sky above and smiled a bit, the moon arrived dauntlessly. It was bold and courageous but somehow it was lonely, so full of insecurity and imperfections. I'm just like the moon, lonesome, and doleful but just like the moon, I shine bright even with a blanket of darkness.

Luke whispered, more to himself than anyone else, before leading the herd back to their base under the waning moonlight. *** That night, the full moon shone softly, illuminating every corner of Luke's room quietly. The atmosphere in the room was quiet, yet there was a heavy silence in the air. Luke sat on the window ledge, looking out with thoughtful eyes. The moonlight bounced off the wooden floor beneath him, as if reflecting the feelings he held in his heart-a mixture of serenity and emptiness.

Everyone was in a rush but why? "What's going on?" I asked them. They stared at me with the look it's a mess out. "You didn't check the news did you?" Scott asked. I shake my head in denial. What was there to check anyways. I don't have time for news and all. "Look, " he said switching the news channel on the TV. " Breaking News: Kayden Moonlight from the Band name Moonlight is spotted at MC Hospital with a female patient, who seems to be in serious condition ."

And far above, the Moon shone brighter, silver light touching the valley with a quiet warning. The shadows of home had returned. And they were waiting.

"So, moonlight isn't just sunlight bouncing off the moon; it's like a transformed version of sunlight, carrying a different energy?" "Exactly!" She nodded, pleased with my understanding. "It's like the moon's own version of sunlight, altered and imbued with a unique essence as it journeys through space and time before reaching us here on Earth. That's what makes harvesting moonlight so intriguing—it's tapping into this distinct energy source, harnessing its qualities for various purposes. It's almost like the blue fires used by certain creatures, but not quite similar."

We danced under the moonlit sky, the soft music guiding our every step. The laughter and merriment filled the air, blending with the sounds of clinking glasses and joyous conversations. I couldn't help but feel a deep sense of gratitude for the love that had brought us all together. As the night drew to a close, I found myself standing beside Darren, gazing out at the stars that dotted the night sky. The moon bathed us in its gentle glow, its light embracing us like a comforting blanket. I closed my eyes, silently thanking the moon goddess for her blessings and the love she had bestowed upon us.

You have the abilities, and I know you would use them to fight your way through all this. "Serbian and the others can't stop your love nor dim your light." After a quality time spent, I left my parent's house and drove off to my apartment in the city. Feeling relieved and reassured that all was well. *** MOONHUNT OF LYCANS "Friends, family, children of the moon," Serbian's voice boomed from the top of White Rock, his presence radiating power and authority. "We gather tonight, as we always do, to witness the moonhun of this month."

I said, smiling. “It might be, but to the owners of Moonlight, it means more,” Althea replied softly. “Try this: imagine yourself in the dark. It’s hard to see right. But when the light of the moon shines down on you, everything becomes clear. It makes you see the path ahead. That’s the goal of Moonlight. It didn’t want anyone drinking them be confused if they are really red wine or wine. Whiskey or not. Isn’t that the reason why you like it? The reason you want to share its taste? Because no matter what you do, Moonlight will always taste like Moonlight.”

I said as I took a breath. “No child. You are not alone anymore. You have a mate standing beside you. The moon and the stars make up the night sky together. On a full moon, the stars seem to barely glow, but on a new moon, they take center stage reminding us that the darkness will end. Be there for each other and shine brightly when the other can’t.” Pearl squeezed my hand, and I was holding back tears.
