Novel & Cerita Young Adult Novel Word Count

Hello guys. So I've seen some complaints about me updating only once a day and I just want to clarify something. I write very long chapters. Some of my chapters can go up to 2800 words. And while other authors would rather divide that word count into two, I chose to publish it at once because of the cost of chapters on the app nowadays.

It was the middle of Lily's freshman year of high school, and she had just moved into a new neighborhood when she met a kind, tall guy named Joe. A year and a half older and a sophomore, he was tall for his age, and he towered over her by a foot. They met at the bus stop as Joe lived down the street from her, and she had caught his eye immediately with her long, light, blonde hair, and bright red lipstick.

The novel was too long and Rosalie was unable to finish reading everything that night. She only managed to zoom past a few hundreds of thousands of words. She was reading pretty quickly. The author’s writing was simple and easy to read, without much complexity in the prose. Despite that, she only managed to read slightly less than half of the total word count. She inserted a bookmark and flipped to the final page. She realized that Angie left a comment on the final chapter too, in which she gave the author a thorough scolding.

There was an old legend that said if one could craft an entire bed from ruby and sleep on it long enough, it would grant eternal youth. Ruby was rare and even harder to mine, but that was exactly why our village was so prosperous. Yet, for all our wealth, our village was a strange place. There were no men here, only women. I had two older sisters, but I should have had three older brothers as well. They were all drowned at birth.

Jeane Wilson, 26 was the youngest of the Wilson triplets. She was home alone when the loan sharks came. Jeane was busy on her rusty laptop, submitting her romance novel to harleyquinn for the one hundredth time when the kitchen door smashed open. She instantly knew who her intruders were. Afraid, she grabbed a penknife and dashed to the back of her room door.

A mere 18 year old girl writing a werewolf story with mature and cryptic scenes. But I did, I finished it, I made it and outdid myself. Even while I was writing the ending, I felt like crying while I typed the words that were coming inside my mind, I never knew that I would be able to pull this through, end it and somehow outdid myself. Create a whole new world through my words and imagination.

I assured her. "It's been seven years. Two thousand five hundred and twenty days, approximately. That's a whole lot of time" She muttered. "You must be really smart to have all that figure in your head. You lost me at two thousand" I mumbled but Alisa seemed to have heard me cause she chuckled. "So, what novel are you reading, princess? I hope you're not a romance freak" I tried to change the subject. She chuckled. "I wouldn't call it romance. The characters lack the drive and the very essence of the book is negligible. The writer seemed to have made sex the only purpose of the characters and even at that, the scenes are very disappointing. I wouldn't even call it erotica".
