She always claimed to be just as inexperienced as the rest of us in the beginning, I swore though, at least once I saw her deliberately take a hit to lose a fight. Maybe it was the way Sylis had been acting towards us all, but Yuki it seemed had finally had enough. She threw her spear down into the ground next to her as she straightened herself to stretch her arms over her head. Then, pulling her long straight black hair up she twisted it around into a tight bun, securing it firmly. Her eyes narrowed as Sylis took a few steps back, sizing her opponent. What was twisting through the air just now wasn’t the thought of training. Yuki pulled her spear out of the ground as flecks of dirt crumbled

"Kenji said they’re other families that form the Kuryugumi clan." "Correct, and their primary duty is to obey Tanaka, the highest authority. You are part of that now," Yui added. Akiko had already suspected as much, but something about Yui’s words sent a chill through her. The weight of responsibility seemed to press down even harder.

"Sssttt.... What are you saying? Yuki, this is not your fault. You better keep your energy. I'll treat you soon. I'll take you out of here, Yuki. I—" Yuki smiled softly and began to close her eyes before Fūma managed to finish his words. The hand that had been holding his face was falling down. Yeah, that was the last thing Yuki could say. Her strong desire and willpower kept her to survive, even with those wounds. Before she finally breathed her last. "Yuki? Yuki?! YUKIIIII!!!" Fuma kept screaming at Yuki's name. He knew it was useless. He knew that but still did so while holding onto Yuki's cold body.

All that mattered to him right now was that Yuki was here, that she was at his home and among his family. “You see, she is safe, Celeste wouldn’t let her out there if she thought there would be trouble.” They watched as Hunter carried Sally toward the Clan house, she was talking quietly a mile a minute to her mates. The Clan began to disperse to get on with their day or prepare for the evening coming. Yuki seemed happy to let them pass without letting Sally know she was there. Tyler couldn’t tell if there was a deeper reason and it railed on him.

The van stopped at a small hotel. The driver turned around, and Kai saw her clearly for the first time. Young, pretty, with golden eyes like a fox. "You're not human," Derek said, reaching for his knife. "How rude." She smiled. When she did, Kai saw her shadow on the wall. It had nine tails. "I'm Yuki. I'm a kitsune. A fox spirit. And I'm your help in Tokyo." "Jess didn't say her friend was a fox," Jeremy said.

"Yeah. She's been engaged since she was fourteen. She was madly in love with Yuki-ni and has a dream of making a happy family. There was a lot of protest from the clan but she is quite persistent. Although, I do admit that their relationship has a stain since he kidnapped us." "Protest?" "Yuki-ni is not a member of the Hinagi clan. For branch families, it is fine to marry an outsider but to the four great families, they want to maintain their status. My mom isn't even a part of the clan either. They probably think that the Hinagi bloodline is dying out. Ironically, they are also willing to marry one of their own out if the family is of a higher status." "What about you? You're expected to ma

So this guy was the Sky Country that the Young Miss wanted to challenge! "I didn't think that you would actually dare to come here to seek death! Since that's the case, I'll fulfill your wish." At this moment, a cold snort came from inside the door. Next, all the gatekeepers stood up solemnly. They all made way for him. Next, a youth stepped forward. The boy looked very handsome with a head of dyed yellow hair. He was wearing a limited edition Armani handmade suit. He was the young master of one of the four great clans of Japan, the Katou clan.

They have people they want to be around. Ari King and Rei Kang have been the yin and yang of the clan from the moment they could walk and talk. Whereas Ari King is the boisterous one, Rei Kang is the quiet one. Their differences were magnified when they went to preschool. Hiru encompasses all the positive qualities of a reptile shifter as a child should. Samuel was a high-energy child. Kataya was the quiet child that all the children enjoyed being around.

Martius narrated, but before he could complete it, the clouds turned dark. “Hun?!” They raised their gaze to look at the sky, but before their eyes could set on the sky, heavy wind blew, and they quickly protected their eyes. A flame in human form walked out of the tornado and they eyed it walking into the hut. After watching the flame walk into the hut, Arram made a sign, asking, “what's that?” Martius widened his eyes in a fraction. “The reaper! It’s the Grim Reaper!” Arram’s eyes enlarged, and he pointed to the hut in disbelief. “Is he here to take her soul?”
