Zac Efron Diet Plan Pdf Novels & Stories

Christin frowned and said, "What's wrong with gaining a little bit of weight? You're so skinny that you're only left with skin and bones. Wouldn't it be better if you gained a little weight? You'd be nicer to hug if you were a little fatter!" Ariel gritted her teeth. She really wanted to tell him that she controlled her diet was that so she would look good on camera. The main reason was that she wasn't born with a body that did not gain weight easily like Elizabeth. Her diet usually consisted of meat and vegetables. If she ate too much meat, she would have to make it up with a smaller portion at dinner.

Her left eye twitched. Breakfast: Soft scrambled eggs (NO browning) Avocado slices (ripe but not mushy) Toast (lightly crisped, not dry) Coffee (strong, no sugar; milk on side) Coffee (with sugar, two spoons — James) Lunch: Grilled chicken (well-marinated, low oil) Steamed vegetables (fresh, no frozen) Rice (fluffy, separate grains) Side salad (no excess dressing) Dinner: Soup (clear, not oily)

He spoke shortly and then turned to a clipboard as the blood runned out into a bag to my side, “Age?” “Eighteen?” It was as if they didn’t know anything about me. “You’re 130 pounds.” He spoke, writing it down, “Not much muscle mass. You’re going to be put on a special diet going forward.” He flipped through the clipboard and tore out a page, handing it to me, “Follow this. We will know if you don’t” “Okay…” I trailed off, looking at the guidelines. Breakfast was a high protein, followed by a salad lunch, and high protein dinner. Halfway through the day, between lunch and dinner, I was apparently allowed a protein shake. “What’s with all the protein?”

And then I went on my way, relieved that I'd dodged the bullet this time. "Emma, do you have a minute to talk to Greta Scarborough? She had some questions about her diet. She says she Googled it, and she thinks maybe she's not getting enough protein." Jenny cocked a skeptical brow at me. "Apparently, she got her dietician certificate when we weren't looking." I sighed. "She means well. She's trying to take ownership of this part of her care, and that's commendable. It's a good thing."

"Don't you feel it? Your waist is almost twice its normal size." The children were still so small, not even fully formed yet. And her waist was turning into a barrel! Diana shivered involuntarily, deeply disappointed. "Well then, starting tomorrow, I'll take one less bite at every meal. I'll try not to eat starchy foods and focus on high-protein foods." "What? No!" Julian applied a bit of pressure to her waist. "Don't think about those things. No matter how you look, you're always the most beautiful woman in the world. You've been skinny all your life. Let me experience having a curvier wife."

She watched me like a hawk, waiting. “How is it?” she finally asked, arms crossed. I rolled my eyes dramatically. “Better than your last experiment. Way better.” She beamed. “Good. It’s packed with what you need, omega-3s from the salmon for your joints and recovery, complete protein from the quinoa so your muscles don’t cannibalize themselves after training, antioxidants from the tomatoes and spinach to fight all that inflammation you pretend you don’t have, healthy fats from the almonds and avocado oil to keep your energy steady on the pitch. Perfect for my star footballer. You can add this to your meal plan with no excuses.”

“She was acting all frantic—” Mid-sentence, he suddenly paused. A thought clicked in his mind. Justin hadn’t come over for dinner tonight. Could Haley have gone to find him? The more he thought about it, the more likely it seemed. Helen, mid-bite, suddenly stopped chewing. “My sister? What about her?” “Nothing,” Zac snapped back to reality. “Just eat. Your body looks perfect the way it is. I already told you—no need to diet. You barely ate at dinner, and now you’re starving before bed. Eating this late is just going to make you gain more weight.”

The atmosphere grew heavier as Selene and Victoria explained the consequences of sudden weight gain and lack of discipline. Kara finally understood that modeling was not just about standing pretty in front of a camera. It required dedication and sacrifice. When the session ended, they were dismissed and told to report back the next day. On her way out, she looked down at the sheet in her hand. Breakfast: boiled eggs or Greek yogurt. Lunch: grilled chicken or fish with vegetables. Dinner: light salad with protein. No sugary drinks. Limited salt. Strict portion control. She exhaled quietly. This would take real discipline.

“Well, well, well. Someone’s feeling guilty.” “I’m right here, Elara,” Zane mutters. “You sure are,” she chirps brightly. Zane ignores her and finishes with the door, gathering his tools and setting them neatly in the toolbox by his side. Realising she probably won’t get anything else out of Zane, Ellie moves straight back into fuss mode. “You need to eat,” she announces, patting my thigh. “Like, a lot. As soon as you’re steady on your feet again. Carbs, Ly. That’s the secret. Bread, pasta, potatoes—preferably all at once. Maybe even in one bowl.”

Thor smiled, amused but unfazed. “What is it, love? More popcorn? Chocolate?” Celina lifted her head, her eyes gleaming mischievously. “Coxinha… with Guaraná soda. And then I want some açaí — but it has to have crushed peanut candy on top.” Thor arched a brow, giving her his full attention now. “Celina, you know you need to stick to your diet. The doctor was very clear about the anemia — and the fried food and sugar limits during pregnancy.”
