The Rejected Alpha

The Rejected Alpha

Killian had his pupils dilated when he told me Zelda Amanita's name. We crossed the red terrain and the mountain was behind us. I turned around to look back. Nothing. No mountain. It was gone! There was nothing except the endless red. The red of sand. The red of the sky. The red of passing air. And maybe the red of danger. “You seem like you know Zelda Amanita!” I asked Baspo. “She is The Zelda Amanita, Luna. And she goes by Madame Zelda. Very powerful, vengeful, and strong. Madame Zelda never misses anything. They say that she can look into your soul.” Baspo said. He must have exaggerated. I shrugged it.

Both are opposite in their own ways, yet serve the Alpha closely by his right and left-hand sides. In strength level, they were equal but a Zeta would win 60% of the time solely because of their flare in battle moves and techniques. Xena, on the other hand, was like a fight goddess blessed with knowledge in both tactics and weaponry and for that, she was participating in every category except spear throwing for personal reasons. understanding. Sam had shifted back to his human form and was sitting on the shoreline, bleeding slightly from his head and one of his arms. I took a few steps toward him, thinking I should heal him, but then I realized I wasn’t the only one going to him. Starla was, too, and she was faster. In her human form, she dropped down next to Sam, running her hands along the side of his face. “Are you hurt?” she asked him, her voice full of concern.

Very enjoyable. It's great that it's more of a polyamory than a man harem like a lot of recent books are. The characters personalities are well defined and do not stray or muddle into a bunch with the same attitude.

I love this book and think the author is very talented. my only concern is the cost of reading the book is around 100 dollars. I wish it was broken up into two or even three books but it is worth the time if you want to spend that much on 1 book.
