' The place was loud and bustling far too hip and trying way too hard for the simple suburbia that surrounded it. Brian and Zoey were a nice enough couple. They were younger than us by a few years and clearly from a more popular crowd. Brian was athletic, shorter than me but well-built, with close-cropped dark hair. His wife, Zoey, was a very pretty blonde with one of those shining smiles that must have taken years of practice to get just right.

I uploaded the pictures on I*******m and Whattsapp and hash tagged it with “Fun day with my mom!* People started commenting on them and guys entering my inbox but I had no interest to reply to any of them. I was about putting away my phone when I saw a post from Ezra. It has him and Tiana in it. She was grinning while Ezra hands were around her shoulder. I looked at it wondering why I don’t feel jealous about it. Instead I entered Tiana’s inbox and asked. To Tiana- you and Ezra look cute together. You two are together? She replied as if expecting me to message her.

She glances at the sleeper and she’s in awe to see it was a branded sleeper. “ Wow! Can I bring this home Mr. Clyde Harlington?” She shouted to the two who were at the bar counter sitting while talking with each other. The two men look back at her. “ Take it, Why don't you guys go upstairs to change clothes?” Clyde suggested. I got up from the couch and asked Zoe to come with me. “ Are you sure it's ok to leave them here when this was supposed to be your wedding venue and you lots should be dancing, holding each other to this romantic music?” Zoe grabbed my hand like we were dancing to the tune of music. I laugh at her sarcastic joke.

As if the person had been waiting for him. It was Zoey, and gone was her usual baggy jean, and long-sleeved top or wool sweater. She was wearing a plaid, pleated skirt that barely even got to her knee. A white cropped shirt that showed her cream colored belly, and a cropped hoodie that covered her hair. To fucking crown it all, she had net stockings, and loafers. Fucking net stockings that disappeared into the skirt she was wearing. Were they doing a student-professor role play he wasn’t aware of?

Laurence wiped her hand a few times until her fingers were clean and no longer sticky. Zoey pulled back her hand and walked to the bed and breakfast in silence. They did not speak the entire way back. A young married couple ran the bed and breakfast. They assumed Laurence and Zoey had fought as they were not walking together. Laurence and Zoey didn't talk either. The young female owner was cheeky. She blinked at Zoey and whispered, "Did you two fight?" Zoey forced a smile and shook her head. "No." She explained, "You got the wrong idea. We're not together."

Adriana wasted no time in pulling the door shut, the soft click of the latch feeling final. Right downstairs, Zoey squeezed between Hardin and Tessa on the couch, the three of them leaning toward the TV, even though the show playing was only half-watched. “You must have been so lonely eating without us,” Hardin said, his small brows knitting together with concern as he glanced at Zoey. Zoey gave a dramatic sigh. “I was. But…” Her face brightened as if she’d been holding onto a juicy secret. “Something really thrilling happened on Thursday.”

Three years ago when Mian was still Nathan's wife, Eva was a bit silent, but since Mian disappeared from the city, she became the prestigious daughter of a wealthy family. Zoey is very affectionate, but she only shows it to my mother and Uncle Zaldy. "So, what are we going to watch?" she inquired, taking a seat beside me. She was now lying down. And, of course, I leaned against her shoulder and opened her laptop. We started watching the Korean drama It's okay not to be okay when Zoey's phone started buzzing, and I could hear it because I was close to the bedside table where she had placed it. "Someone is spamming your inbox," I explained. "Who exactly is it?" she inquired. She was preoccupied with the drama she was watching. It was pretty good. All of the positive feedback was accurate. It was a fantastic tale. I was just caught up in who was inundating Zoey's

We had each other and that is what it meant when two people decided they would fight together. Zoey is the main character, she’s just a pup, and she begins to glow with her eyes turning a deep blue. She was panting slightly and sat up, lifting her hands to call into being the magic that ran through her body. I could sense the primal energy rising within her to combat the evil, I could hear probing at us for weakness.
