I ran after, still contemplating on the same issue on my mind, I barged into his room, as he falls his attention on me.

"Can't you at least knock?". Frowns)

With a weak smile on, I responded, " excuse me, why should I? Since you refused to tell me the truth?".

"What truth?". A dorm face wrapped on.

Devo Swifty filled up the left space between us, eyes linked on mine.

"Tell me?". ( Precedes again)

"What...are...you... doing?". I pulled backwards as he makes his way to me.

"What does it look like, I am doing?

Devon wired behavior connered me to the wall, he raised his hand and curly tugged my hair behind my ears.

The scent of his perfume lingered around me, he says, " have I told on, that you have a beautiful eyes, Tori".

I had an odd feeling, and it felt I was being taken to an unending road. "please excuse me". I answered and the second I tried to leave, a hand pulls me  and pinned me back  to  the wall.

"Going somewhere?". ( Smiles)

"Yes, I was but i can't If you don't let me go, can I ?" ( Frowns and watched him leave my path).

"Goodnight Alexis.".

Devon's warm voice lingered in my ears, as I hurriedly left the room, thus stumbled on Keith at the door.

He pokes his head further and asked, "why were you in Devon's room?".

Abruptly saying the truth to him  ( Keith) will result to a whole new level of drama and I still wasn't in the mood to get clogged up at it middle.

"Nothing Keith, and please exuse me". ( Unfrozed and left donning a serious look).

He wasn't sure as to if he would believe me or not, so he adds up his actions and walked stright into Devon's room after gaining his attention.

"Hello Devon?". ( He stands at bays length).

Devon adds up and said, "hello bro!! You don't mind if I call you, that right?'

Keith smiles and moved closer to him. " Sure". (, Affirms back his words)

( Inaudible conversation)

I returned back to my room, peeled off my clothes and tucked myself in, there was calmness around me, but suddenly a call for help gunned my eyes open.

I jerked up from the bed and met a familiar face, you?". ( Called out in disbelief

"Good morning, miss Tori". Devon smiles warmly at me.

"Good morning Devon, why are you here, so early in the morning?".  Affirmed back with a question to him, rather someone drifts our attention.

"Good morning, Alexis, Alvin walks out besides him, the skeptical glare on their faces, gave it away that, something was definitely up, and while trying to fish out the reason, Mr Keith screamed out of shock.

"Father?".

We all rushed out and met him, staring lostly at the newspaper in his hand, he falls back his step after tossing it to his son.

Keith reads through and copied the same look on his face, "what!! How did this happen?*. He says.

Admit of the whole drama going on, a man walks in and brings with him the authorities.

"Who are you?". Devon Inquired

The man says, " good morning,  I am Stan detox, and the man standing behind you is nothing but a criminal".

( Eyes falls back to his direction and infern he spoke of Alvin)

"How do you mean!! I don't understand?". ( Devon shreds out his words and got to know the truth).

As usual Keith denies all the allegations leveled on him, he walks further and tries to sweet talk his way and truly Its impossible to believe his words.

And when he saw Devon wasn't melted by his words, he ran to me, "Alexis, please believe me, I didn't do anything, neither do I know who this man is"

Apparently, I know you must be wondering what exactly happened, I'll tell on!!! It seems that, Keith's sins has finally got up with him, after being exposed of dealing with illegal activities with the company's name, and somehow the man who came had the information and alarmed the Police.

(Same actions continues)

He turns to his father but suprised Mr Leonardo was in no way present at the living room, somehow he excaped without our knowledge.

"Dad?" Keith yells out to him and while he ties to up to leave, he got held back, by one of the officers.

"Mr Keith, you're under arrest, for illegal trafficking of drug's, and you have every right to stay silence, and whatever you say, will be used against you in the court of law".

( He handcuffs him behind his back and forcefully dragged him away)

(Inaudible conversation)

The same day, I paid a visit to the cell and met Keith locked up behind bars, he veers back takibg notice of my presence.

"Why are you here?" Frowns at my presence behind.

I loomed my eyes around and falls back my words to him, " what do you mean? At least, my dad didn't abandoned me to rot in jail".

My words seemed to have jerked a furious look on, he said, " did you come here to insult me? And if that's a yes, get out".

I knew fighting with him wasn't going to lead anywhere, so, I left and returned back to home.

(Back home)

I strolled in and met the mansion looming in darkness, it felt like everyone left, but I halts at midway, the second the light turned back on.

"Hello Alexis". Devon smiles warmly

"Good day, Devon!!! What's going on?". I answered donning curiously.

He seats up from the couch and said, "come have a seat with me, let's talk?".

"How? Talk about what?".

A cloud of curiosity dropped over, it fell back the moment my eyes falls on a sign, above which reads, " life gives us a chance to redo our mistake, and now, it's time to finally tell the truth?".

( I fall my eyes back to him)

"Devon what truth!!! Who are you?" I said and met him ambling further to my direction.

He smiles lovingly at me, "don't you know I am?".

I paused for a while and gradually placed the puzzle pieces together.

"Oh my goodness, you're not Devon, you're David Hart".

He jiggled his head, affirming my words, "yes I am, did you miss me?".

I rushed and jumped on him, Chris twirls me around and placed a warm kiss on my cheeks.

" I missed you so much" ( copied back his words to me, as I reciprocated with my too)

He drops me to the ground and cutely tugged my head behind my ears.

"So tell me, how have you been?".

( Chris says)

"I am okay but tell me more about you?, How are you?". ( I responded to him)

He buffed out a deep breath and explained everything, as to why he had to change his identity from Chris to Devon.

And truthfully, I am so happy that he came back to me.

"Welcome back, Chris!! And thanks for not leaving me". ( I added and Smurdge a smile on his)

"Thank you Alexis and I have a suprise for you". ( Chris says)

" What suprise!! What's going on?".

Chris dragged me to the garden and falls my eyes to a familiar faces.

"Mom? Dad? Julia?"

I ran out in a shocked expression, but the question is, how did he get to find my parents, since they were kidnapped by Chris himself.
