I didn't know how many times I had thought Duncan wouldn't surprise me anymore with his nonsense, and I didn't know how many times I was proven wrong. That mindset of his? It went way past the level of 'crazy'. As much as I wanted to even push him off me, slap him silly, with how hard he was pressing his foot against my heart and lung, I found it difficult to breathe.
