She dialed Arya’s number, and it rang.
Arya picked up her call at the first ring and asked, "Who is this?" She said it in a sober voice.
There was complete silence; the only thing Arya could hear was the voice of someone sighing, "If you don’t tell me who you are, I will hang up and block this number!" Arya said in annoyance that she was not in the mood for nonsense calls.
Hanan bit her bottom lip. "It’s me, Hanan."
Arya moved the phone from her ear and looked at the number that called; it was a number from Italy. She frowned, thinking the person was calling to prank her since the whole world already knows that Hanan is dead and that they were best friends. Arya's blood boiled: "Who the hell are you?"
Hanan smiled, "It’s me, Hanan. I didn’t die."
What Hanan said replayed in her head. "Say that again," Arya said. She wanted to hear the voice again because she knows sounds.
