Sam was lost for words, as he didn't know what else to say or do as he sat down and stared right into the night. "Well, I guess that is a go-ahead for the witch to come in and save us all this stress. I do not wish to delay anyone any longer.".
I said as I made my way towards my room while the witch went ahead with the ritual. The rest of the group also retired into their rooms as a whole. As she made her way to her room, I wasn't feeling okay with all the arrangements.
How come I didn't notice any changes in Dominique? Does she trust the words of others over mine? How can she be so gullible to words rather than to me? How I wish I could see her one more time and tell her to her face how stupid she was.
To have taken the life of our baby in such cruelty, everything still felt like a dream for me, as I still do not believe she was actually dead in any way, knowing fully well that I might not see her again and losing hope in finding true love.
It was hard to get a good night
