Rae’s POV
I find myself waking in another unknown place. An all to familiar smell filled my nose making me grimace. Twitching my hands I realize I’m on some sort of bed? Opening my eyes I slowly take in my surroundings looking from one side to the next. I freeze in place when I see Jeong sitting down leaning against a desk sleeping at the far end of the room. I try to sit up but my aching and hurting body wont let me. Sinking back into the bed I let out a sigh while closing my eyes.
I start recalling what had happened after the bath seeing my skin flare up at an alarming rate. I’ve had rashes and welts before but I’ve never had a reaction that went past that. Was there something else I didn’t see? I reach up and take the oxygen mask off and take in a deep breath. I hear a quiet rustle at the far end of the room and soft steps coming closer to me.
“You should leave that on for the time being.” Jeong said with worry
