One Night Stand With My Ex Uncle

One Night Stand With My Ex Uncle

“You’re here.” A deep familiar voice came from the top stairs and I turned around, staring in disbelief as my mysterious stranger strolled down the stairs. “Uncle.” Aria hurried to meet him across the room. “I brought a friend, to be honest we both needed the weekend off.” Uncle? My mysterious stranger who I had a one night stand with is my best friend’s uncle which also makes him my ex boyfriend’s uncle too!

Chapter: Chapter 24
HAZEL I smooth my hand over my forehead as they stepped into the room. I have never kept a secret from Aria before, I tell her everything which is why I was going through an emotional wreck trying to appear normal to her. “So…how are you feeling now?” She felt my forehead, probably mistaking me touching it as feeling a fever or something. “Besides the fact that it's going to take a few days for the scratches to disappear completely, I’m fine.” I assured her, sitting next to her in my mind. Even while I was talking to Aria, my eyes were mainly glued to Freya as she walked around the room either touching or feeling something. I was so nervous she would decide to go into the bathroom next and feel the hygiene products I have there or maybe I’m just paranoid because I have a person hiding in there. Not just anyone but Zade. Standing up abruptly once I figured a way to get them out of the room so he could leave before things spurn out of control or I collapsed in a ball of nerves. “H

Chapter: Chapter 23
HAZEL I couldn’t tell if I was imagining his touch on my face or dreaming it but regardless of which one it might be, I was too scared to open my eyes to conform. Afraid that it will be snatched away from me and I will return to the cold reality that I will never feel his touch again. When I felt his fingers combing through my hair, soothing me into an even deeper state. I moved into his embrace, my eyes fluttering open before the rest of me could cooperate. Our eyes immediately met and I held my breath, pausing for his reaction. Relieved wash over me as Zade leaned over to press his lips on my forehead. I gripped the hand that was creasing my face, never wanting to let go. The relief was a short one because only a second later, he stood up, making his way toward the entrance. I expected him to walk out, but my chest was filled with a warmth that made me crack a smile when he inserted the lock from the inside so no one would disturb us. He came back to join me on the bed, parting

Chapter: Chapter 22
HAZEL Being in the dining hall and seated all by myself at the large table having brunch felt odd. Aria left to attend to the stuff she promised her Zade, Freya is somewhere in the house. Everyone seemed busy with something which made me feel like a burden even though I came here with the intent of having a mini vacation. Taken aback by Willow’s abrupt entrance and the fact that she has taken a seat uninvited at the far end of the table, staring me down. Not that she doesn’t have the right to be wherever she wants to but there has been tension between us ever since they got here, plus usually she avoids me, not seeks me out.Bracing myself up for whatever insults she wants to lash at me because If she’s here then, Kane must have told her I rejected him. Breaking eye contact, I decided to focus on my meal instead, at least until she decided to stop staring at me and state why she was here. “I want to apologize to you for how I’ve been acting.” I almost choke, out of anything I was

Chapter: Chapter 21
HAZEL As soon as I shut the door, the bathroom door opened and just as Zade emerged from it, Kane knocked on the door which made us both freeze. Motioning for him to get back into the bathroom, I hurriedly wiped the traces of tears in my eyes and composed myself. “I told you to go away Kane, I meant it.” I yelled, looking over my shoulder to see Zade still leaning across the door frame unmoving. “I realize I’m still being selfish so if you just give me a moment, I will go with whatever you decide Hazie, please.” He choked, still knocking slightly on the door. Counting on him to go back into the bathroom as I made to open the door, letting Kane back in. I want to put an end to this once and for all or else I will keep hurting and I’m just tired of feeling pain at this point. “Seeing you hurt too much Kane, I’m not going to lie and pretend that everything is peachy. I thought we were going to get married, I was looking forward to starting a life with you but not anymore. When I loo

HAZEL Looking away from him, I turned back to Kane, aware of the fact that half of this room wants me to take him back while quarter will support me in whatever decision I make and Zade… staring at home beneath my lashes knowing no matter how much I want him, nothing could ever…Fortunately, we were interrupted by someone's presence in the room. Judging by the look Zade flashed at him, something tells me he was someone important. The group was broken up as Rebekka approached the stranger. “Beta Xavier, glad you could make it.” She said, looking in her brother’s direction. “I just got back from the city they attacked and it’s not looking good.” He replied then turned to Kane. “You’re also coming with me, by the way.” The four of them disappeared out of sight within minutes and were relieved by the knowledge that Kane was going to be too busy handling things with his uncle and Beta, giving me more time to prolong the conversation I must have with him. “Prolonging the conversation w

HAZEL “What kept you so long?” Asked Freya when I finally joined her and the driver waiting to drive us out. “Oh…have you been waiting out here for long? I’m so sorry, I had a hard time deciding what to wear.” I lied, hoping the blush on my cheeks doesn’t give away my lie. She chuckled, nodding her head in understanding. “Don’t I know that? Come on, I’m excited for the stuff I have planned for us with the help of Aria, it’s a shame she can’t come.” “Well, I can.” Willow announced, all dressed up and hurrying towards us. “I can’t believe you wouldn’t invite me out with you.” I paused on the verge of opening my side of the door, developing mixed feelings about her joining us. Her dislike for me because I wouldn’t forgive her cheating cousin hasn’t been something she tried to hide ever since they got here and I’m worried she would ruin everything for us. Freya glanced at me. “You know Hazel is coming, right? The sole purpose of this hang out is because of her. If you promise to beh

Chapter: Chapter 53
ALEXIA “Wow, you look hot.” Raven remarked as I emerged from my bedroom. “Tell me, are you dressed for a certain someone?” I blushed, looking down at the lacy black dress I was wearing, like it was my first time noticing it. I have spent the last five minutes staring at myself in the mirror, and loving the way the dress hugged my curves. Which I didn’t know I had until now. “This old thing?” I scoffed, going back in to grab a jacket, just in case it’s windy outside. The temperature tends to drop at night, and I was watching the weather channel on my phone earlier. Raven laughed, shaking her head at me. “Really, Alexia? How come this is the first time I've seeing it?” “Ladies, please tell me we have come up with a way to fix our car…” Jinx paused, her eyes sweeping over me. “Wow Lexie, you look really hot.” I blushed, clutching the jacket to my chest. “Thank you, why aren’t you dressed for the party?” I inquired, frowning at her outfit. “Because I’m not coming. Earlier, I promi

Chapter: Chapter 52
ALEXIA Walking down the mall aisle with Killian, I looked at him from the coroner of my eyes. Half resting on the shopping cart, as he pushed it along. He stopped when I did, leaning over to check the next item on the list. He was oddly invested, causing me to wonder if he had ever done it before. Turning my full attention on him, I watched him silently. Guilt stirred up inside me when I realized I hadn't asked him how he was doing. He was in isolation for six months with no contact with any of us—as far as I can tell. Zeke said the assassins could be anyone, therefore Alpha Damon cut off all forms of communication with him. Suddenly, I became aware of his eyes on me. I jerked, flustered by the fact that he caught me red-handed. Sneaking my hand up my hair, I pretend to be looking for the next item on the list. I should probably have checked the list before doing that, because I could just feel his eyes burning holes on my face. Filled with a sense of relief that he didn’t comm

Chapter: Chapter 51
ALEXIA No sooner than I entered my room, a knock came through the door. Storming my feet all the way to the door, I adjusted my facial expression before I opened the door. Raven stood on the other side, her hands fisted into her pocket. “The head of house wants us downstairs for a dorm meeting.” She informed me. “Couldn’t they email whatever they have to say to us?” Jinx groaned, dragging herself through the lounge, she missed the entrance like twice already. I didn’t blame her though. If I had fall into bed before Raven came knocking, then I’d be dragging myself across the room like a zombie. “Give me a mintue to wash my face, I just came back from class and from Leo’s tryouts.” I shut the door, letting out a groan. “And yes, he made the team, if anyone is interested.” I got two week ‘yay’ back. I chuckled. Grabbing face towel and reopening the door. Raven was talking to one of the housemates, only two have showed up, we are expecting the last by the end of the week. We don’t

Chapter: Chapter 50
ALEXIA My first lecture on campus wasn’t so bad, except that Killian was back at the forefront of my mind. It had taken a lot to even fall asleep last night as I kept replaying the hug we shared over and over in my head. A part of me wished he would be the same Killian from high school. You know, the one that hated me and avoided me? But this new Killian, I don’t know how to deal with him or us, and it’s stressing me a great deal. Exiting the building, I shut my eyes briefly, enjoying the wind in my face and hair. After spending several hours in the lab all day, I wanted nothing more than to return to the dorm and fall on my bed. But I couldn’t do that since I promised Leo I would be at his tryout. Sometimes I wished I wasn’t so nice. When he asked us earlier, Raven had no issue saying no. Her reasons? She doesn’t find tryouts entertaining. I almost said no, but then Leo went on about how much he could rely on me… blah, blah, blah. There were fewer people on the bench as I arrive

Chapter: Chapter 49
KILLIAN As my skin starts to burn, I knew then that I was going to fucking pass out. Wrenching myself away from her, with my breath laboured and bent over like someone about to throw up. I searched my pocket for my emergency inhaler, talking my back to her to use it. Several minutes tickled by before the world around me starts to make sense again. Acting unphased by what just happened, even though I was still a mess inside, I turned my attention back on her. She was staring back at me, her deep brown eyes filled with concern. Her full lips parted, like she was about to say something. I tensed, but the words never came. Fiddling with her finger, something she does whenever she is nervous. There was a long pause between us, that was broken by the entrance door opening. Looking over my shoulder as a girl dragged her stuff into the lounge. Realizing she had company, she stopped, her eyes moving curiously from me to Alexia. “Oh…hi.” Said the girl, waving at us with her fingers. “I was

Chapter: Chapter 48
ALEXIA “Whoa…” was the first thing out of my mouth when we stepped into the third floor dorm room. Where I will be living for the next months, at least until I go home for the holidays. Eclipse itself is huge, the school building being a literal modern castle. There’s a mini estate inside the huge landscape that primarily consists of living arrangements. Like boys quarters housing provided for teachers, it stood separately from the students living quarters. Back when we took a tour on campus-day, my eyes had remained wide during the whole tour. Raven had joked that if they expanded any larger, they might pop. Which had earned several chuckles from our tour guard and friends. “Now, I can see myself living here.” Jinx remarked, looking over at us. “I’m taking that room!” Raven called dipped, running across the room. Since I didn’t want to take the one closest to the hallway, I raced toward the second room. Jinx rolled her eyes at us, before carefully deciding which room to go with
