LOGINAlthough I don’t have her exact memories, certain things that she knew are important to the story, and I will know. I placed my raven friend on my shoulder as I smiled at everyone.
“Before we start this meeting, I would like to ask how everyone has their been any problems with what I instructed to be done last time?”
Most people responded positively to my question, but Lady Bluebird kept her head bowed. I know her and her role in this story quite well. It’s a role that authors must always have in a book to keep it moving, but they regret having to do so. Which is probably why I waited until everyone else had spoken before I acknowledged her.
“Lady Bluebird, something seems to be troubling you.”
She bowed her head even further. “Lady Hood, I am so sorry, but I wasn’t able to complete my mission. Also, because they almost caught me, they increased security. However, I don’t think anyone besides our Lady Hood could make it out of the castle with the treasure.”
Silence followed her words as everyone knew she was suggesting that I go to the castle to steal the treasure within. As Ravenhood would, I opened my mouth to agree, but Bear, probably realizing his character should protest this, did just that.
“Why should Lady Hood risk her life just because you couldn’t d-.”
I held my hand up, interrupting him. “It is my fault for sending a newcomer to do something I could have easily done myself just because she knew the castle grounds.”
Her eyes flashed with barely concealed anger, but instead of saying anything, she kept her head bowed. Probably thinking she will get her revenge when I am in his hands. Both Fox and Bear gave me a look, telling me that they were going to talk to me about this later. Of course, neither of them realized there would not be a later.
“So, it is settled. While Lady Bluebird and I go to the castle, the rest of you will intercept the train that the prince will arrive home on. For now, let’s drink and eat our fill.”
I steal Bear’s drink from his hand and take a sip of it. The bitter taste of the ale nearly had me spitting it back out. I don’t like regular alcohol, much less the type in this book. However, Ravenhood regularly drinks ale with the men and women of her group. Thankfully, I would not spend the entire night drinking with them this time.
Instead, I was going to let them get drunk enough so that they wouldn’t notice I was slipping off with Lady Bluebird. It didn’t really take long, and I was able to slip inside her home and gather everything I needed. Before I left, I wrote a letter to the twins. The front was the letter that Raven would have written to Fox and Bear, while the other side was explaining the story to them. Since no one besides them will step inside here, I wasn’t afraid someone else would read the letter.
When I finally slipped back out, most of the men were drunk enough that they barely noticed me, including Bear and Fox. I gestured to Lady Bluebird, who was still as sober as I was. Raven had thought it was because she had realized she had wanted to leave early. Instead, it would have affected Lady Bluebird’s own plans. She slipped past the others easily, and we started to the castle with her leading the way.

I couldn’t help the groan that escaped as I woke up with a splitting headache. I barely remember stumbling into the place where the story had first started, looking for the female with my brother. Despite the shock, I have to admit I really didn’t mind what happened and wanted to do it again. We didn’t find her, though, and instead fell into a drunken sleep. The words we didn’t find her repeated in my head, and I instantly sat up, almost completely sober.
I scanned the place for her, but everything, including her weapons, was gone. In their place was just one piece of parchment.
Dear Bear and Fox,
I know you would have just argued with me if I had told you that I was going with Lady Bluebird. So I left when you two were drunk enough not to notice. I hope the two of you don’t get upset with me and do something foolish like follow me. You know we must stop the train and take the treasure within just as much as we need the treasure from the castle. If you leave to find me, then I will never forgive the two of you. You two have been so protective of me since we confessed our love to each other. I do not plan on dying anytime soon. Especially since Fox has yet to bury his cock inside my pussy.
Love
Raven
I flipped it over, knowing she wouldn’t just leave without explaining the story to us. She would be too worried that we would ruin something in it. Though my brother’s muteness will prevent most of those problems. His outbursts towards her have started getting old, even for me, his twin. Before we started chasing that female for the quill, I had never seen my twin lose his temper, but that’s all he seems to do with her.
I felt said brother stirring beside me and went back to reading the note before he snatched it from me.
Dear Twins,
If you haven’t figured it out, this book is a fairytale rewrite of Robin Hood and a mature reverse harem book. Reverse harem means one female and multiple males, and in the end, the female gets all of them instead of having to choose. Don’t come looking for me, or you will just ruin the story. Though you have to at least try a bit because it’s expected. I’ll be at the castle trying to steal the treasure while you take on the train. What is going to happen at the castle? Well, you’ll find out soon enough. If I just tell you the story, it will ruin all the surprises. I will tell you that you have to beware of Lady Bluebird. I’m sure your characters will know who that is; if not, of course, just find the one who’s missing besides me. You will meet one of the others on the train, but try not to ruin the story too much. Please tell Fox to behave. I have a feeling that even without talking, he will somehow mess something up. Fox, this is one of my favorite stories in this box. Mess it up, and I’ll drag you around by your balls.
Sincerely
The author with the quill
I stumbled through the fire, covering my face with my cloak as I looked for the clearing that Lady Bluebird had mentioned. She had been telling the truth about the fire, which means she must be telling the truth about where she had left Raven. However, no matter where I looked, all I could see was the fire surrounding me. Realizing I would get nowhere stumbling through this fire, I turned back to go the way I had come. However, flames must have consumed the path I had taken because I could no longer find it.My gaze instantly went to the trees because they were the only way I could find my way back. Most were too consumed by fire for me to scale them. However, some of them had places where I could maneuver around the fire. I doubt I will be able to go around everything, but I really only had three options. I tied my cloak securely around my face and ran to one of the trees I could still scale. Heat radiated from it, and the flames were probably about to consume it completely, but I ha
The chain clinked as he pulled it, forcing my arms high above my head by the cuffs around my wrists until I was dangling before securing it to the wall. He looked over my body, and I felt naked even though I was completely clothed, just as before. He had pulled off his helmet and armor, leaving him in only what knights called underclothes in this century. Scars covered every inch of his exposed skin, even crawling up his neck and along his jawline. This commander’s story is a bit dark. He is actually the bastard child of the king, born from his affair with a maid. To cover up his affair, he sent the one-month-old child to be raised by his soldiers. Those soldiers, hating the tyrannical king, beat the child to the brink of death almost every day while also starving him, calling it training. However, there is only so much abuse one can take before he or she snaps. At the ripe age of twelve, during his daily training, he slaughtered every soldier in the camp who had ever beaten him. Hi
As I turned away from my brother, I hoped that whatever was happening to that plot didn’t change it too much because she would kick our asses. ******I struggled with the binding that held me, but even if I got close to getting them off, a bump would knock them out of my hands. After the eighth time it happened, I decided to just focus on not ending up completely black and blue by the time I ended up at the castle. Which was hard since this asshole was dragging me behind his horse. Again, I was so going to kick his ass. I had thought that the Prince was the new one, but it was obvious that he was the commander. A character that I didn’t even know still existed in this book, so I never thought anyone could be him. I have to admit, though, he’s good at what he does. Not once, even when we were alone, did he step out of character. If he were just a regular character, then that would have inspired doubt. However, as there is no way he is an ordinary, it has to be him.I racked my brain
When I reached the clearing, the soldiers were about to light the fire, but before they could, I was across the clearing pressing a knife to the soldier’s throat.“I wouldn’t do that if I were you.” “Shouldn’t I be telling you that?” A dark voice spoke up.My eyes snapped towards the soldier who spoke. He looked just like every other soldier standing around me, with the same armor, but his presence was completely different. It was commanding and dark, sending an unwelcome shiver of fear down my spine. Still, I held my place and even pressed the knife deeper into the soldier’s throat at his words. “Don’t think I won’t do it.” “Oh, but I know you won’t do it, little Raven. You have never taken a life because you believe even the most wicked person can be saved. Of course, if this isn’t true, then prove me wrong by slicing his throat.”I gritted my teeth, pissed the fuck off because he was completely right. Ravenhood had never taken a life, and I would never go against her character.
I didn’t respond to her, knowing exactly how I looked. I looked like someone who had never scaled a tree in her life, and if I stayed like this, then the fake concern in her voice would turn into suspicion. I spared a glance down at her and almost instantly regretted it. I had scaled to the top of the tree before remembering my old fear of heights, and I was more than twenty feet off the ground. I did get a quick glance at Lady Bluebird when I glanced briefly down, and suspicion was definitely blooming on her face. Knowing I couldn’t stay like this much longer, I gripped onto the muscle memory that I had felt earlier before closing my eyes and just jumping. The wind hit me, and I could feel my stomach drop as I let go of the tree. Part of me, despite being in a character that has done this thousands of times that she could easily do it with her eyes closed, I still felt like I was going to fall. I didn’t, though; instead; I landed in a crouch as my automatically gripped onto a tree b
I crumbled the paper, not wanting it to get into the wrong hands, before nudgingmy brother awake..“Come on, we have a part to play.”His eyes snapped open, and he instantly glared at me as if he were cursing my entire existence. I ignored him, fixing my clothes that had gotten messed up, and burst out the door.“Has anyone seen Lady Hood?” I scanned the people littering the clearing as if she might be among them. Most was still asleep since it was six in the morning. At least I think it is six. I doubt they have clocks in whatever time period this is. Some stirred at my yelling, glancing around for her in their half-awakened state. When no one spoke up, I spun in the direction of the castle and made like I was following after her. I could hear my brother following behind me, and I have no doubt he’s confused since he hadn’t read the letter. Before I could make it too far into the forest, I was stopped by one of the Lords. This Lord had a black mask carved into an eagle. “Lord Be
