Chapter 91 - The Irony

I opened my eyes as soon as I realized that I had fallen asleep. "Kyros?" I called for his name, but he was nowhere to be found. My eyes landed on the window, and it looked like it was already morning outside. Did Kyros leave as soon as I fell asleep? I don't think so, since he thought I was already asleep when he came into my room. Am I disappointed that I woke up without him here? Of course, I am. I thought it was our chance to talk, but he left. 

"Lili! What happened to your wrists?"

My classmates were making a fuss as I rolled my eyes after getting on my seat. "Are you sure you're going to attend the training later?" Mitch asked with a worried tone. "I can tell Angelica that you won't be able to attend if you want."
