Chapter Twenty Three

School was stressful like always. I was relieved when the last bell for the day rang. Without wasting much time I walked out of the class, Andreas standing just in the hallway.

"Hey, handsome." I greeted with a grin. He smirked at me and my eyes lingered on his bee-stung lips. I wanted nothing but to pull him close to me and kiss him hard. But I couldn't do that, not with everyone here. Aside from the fact that I'm not really into PDA, high school students are the worst when it comes to spreading rumors. The rumors about me dumping Noah for an old rich man had just died down, I didn't want another rumor about me kissing my bodyguard to brim up. They wouldn't understand that my marriage isn't even real, it's all a sham. Not even Adriana knows that though Chris and I live in the same house, we seldom see ourselves.
