Part Two, Chapter Twenty One

Jean Luc awoke to the sound of people.

Outside the ship, voices erupted and cheered. Jean Luc couldn't make sense of it. He barely had enough sleep with the thoughts constantly racing in his mind.

They reached their destination. Soardina. Jean Luc would be lying if he claimed he was not interested in what the city looked like. He could vaguely remember his mother uttering a series of praises for the place, carried down by the opinions of many. It sounded like a beautiful place, but Raven could have simply portrayed it as such.

He knew her enough to know such plans could easily be carried out.

Exhausted, he managed to get ready for the morning. He took the time to understand what the people outside their ship were screaming.
