"Scarlett point of view,"
"The user you are trying to reach is now unavailable, but you can leave a voicemail, and they will get back to you as soon as possible."
"Please pick up the phone, Clara; there is an emergency." I called Clara and left a voicemail in a state of panic.
Until I speak with Clara, I can not leave this restroom.
How could I have made such a grave error?
Apparently, in my haste, I walked into the wrong room. I turned around and studied the luxurious washroom with awe.
Even though it's the dead of winter, the sweat beading on my forehead is evidence of how frightened I feel right now. Due to thirst, my throat is becoming quite dry. I'm moving my saliva up and down in my throat to quench my thirst.
I wish there were two doors in this bathroom, one of which opened to the street outside the hotel, so I could get out of this awkward situation. Unfortunately, there is no other way for me to leave this place.
"Clara, I need you to call me right away so you can help me get out of this awkward predicament."I fixed my pleading gaze on the screen of my cell phone.
My heartbeat was speeding up because of panic as the time on the mobile device continued to increase.
"Scarlett, what is going on with you? I just looked at my phone, and I saw your calls and messages."
"Thank God you reached out to me, Clara; I'm in an awful situation." As soon as Clara's call appeared on the phone screen, I exhaled with relief.
"Awful situation?
What kind of mess ?" her voice distinctly confused.
"I hurried into the incorrect room." I responded, gulping down my saliva.
"What?
Scarlett, how could you create such a mess? Are you aware of the difficulties I will face because of your mess?" She yelled indignantly.
"Clara, I apologise, but I didn't intend to do anything like that." I said slowly, wiping the sweat from my forehead.
I merely apologised for entering the wrong room, but I'm sure she'll be quite upset when she finds out I was actually in Mr. Oscar's room and not some other person's.
"Okay, Scarlett, now put the mess behind you and head straight for the address I gave you." I heard her breathing in and out over the phone as she took two to three deep breaths to control her rage.
Oh no, now I have to give her a detailed explanation of what's going on.
"Clara, as long as that man is present in the room, I am unable to exit the restroom." I tried to calm my racing heart by twitching my fingers.
"Why?
Why are you having a problem exiting the room right now?
You clearly stated to that person that you entered this room by accident.
Scarlett, are you not capable of handling such a basic situation?" The displeasure in her voice was palpable.
"Clara, you don't understand my issue; I entered Mr. Oscar's chamber, not the room of some unknown random guy." I tried to make her comprehend the gravity of the situation by emphasising the name Mr. Oscar.
"Are you telling the truth, Scarlett?
Are you certain that you are currently in Samuel's room?" Why did her voice suddenly return to normal when she should have been in a panic over this terrible situation?
"Yes, I am speaking to you while I am covertly using Samuel Oscar's bathroom.
Please, Clara, spare me from this uncomfortable predicament." I pleaded with her.
"You scared me, Scarlett, but there's no need to panic; you've come to the perfect place."
"What?
What are you saying, Clara? How could you send me to meet your boyfriend in this manner?" Hearing her words made me feel as if someone had ripped the floor out from beneath me.
"Scarlett, please stop bothering me. Samuel and I have been in a relationship for 5 years, and we have a relationship full of trust, just like an ideal husband and wife. If you spend time with Samuel once, there is no problem." I got the impression from listening to her statements that the circumstances did not affect her.
"Clara, that's wrong; you shouldn't intentionally mislead Samuel."
"Why are you taking this inconsequential matter so seriously, Scarlett?
Samuel was excited to spend time with me, but I unexpectedly had to leave town for a calendar photo shoot. There will be no problem if you spend some time with him today, and I will transfer the full amount to you as I promised."
"Clara, have you lost your mind?
Mr. Oscar is here to meet you, and it served no purpose in sending me to your place."
"Scarlett, my photoshoot was very important to me, and no matter what happens, Samuel and I are getting married soon, so you don't need to be concerned about our relationship. I sent you there merely to help you since you needed the money for your mother's treatment; the rest is up to you." She is taking advantage of my helplessness because she knows I am in desperate need of money right now.
But I don't want to put up with her insanity at all costs.
However, I desperately need money right now. How else will I be able to pay for my mother's medical care? However, since Samuel Oscar is my friend's boyfriend, I can't spend the night with him in the same room.
I should go outside right away and apologise to Mr. Oscar for my error. How will I then pay for my mother's medical care?
"Can you hear me, Scarlett?" It distracted me from the internal struggle when I heard Clara's voice.
"I'm sorry, Clara, but I can't. Instead, I'll go outside and express my regret to Mr. Oscar before leaving the room." In a stern tone, I informed her of my decision.
"But if you don't get your mother treated, she might pass away." She made another attempt to fray my fragile nerves.
"I entered this room solely to make money, Clara, but I didn't expect that from you. I am now exiting the restroom." Before she continued to blackmail me about my compulsions, I disconnected the call from my end.
I collected the courage to walk out of the restroom, and as I took a step toward the door to face, Mr. Oscar, I caught sight of Samuel Oscar standing in the doorway.
"Scarlett's point of view,"One year later, ****"Please get ready quickly, Scarlet; it's getting late." Samuel called out from the corridor. "Samuel, I need your help. I'm not able to handle everything by myself." I dressed Elena. "Scarlet, I sent you out of the office early, so why are you running late?" He came into my room and stared at me, bewildered. "I thought you were her bridesmaid, but you still haven't gotten dressed." Samuel expressed his displeasure to me. "Samuel, stop acting like a typical husband. My circumstance is no secret to you; managing a multi-billionaire company while caring for your twin children is no picnic." I gave him a furious glance. My constant disarray, both in appearance and behavior, was a constant target of his taunting critique. "You want to do everything on your own because you don't trust your husband, even though I didn't ask you to take on too much work at the workplace." Now his mocking gets on my nerves. "Stop taunting me, Samuel. You
"Scarlett's point of view,""Samuel, please take me to the hospital; I'd like to meet Clara.""What? Are you crazy? Do you no longer remember what she did to you?" He inserted his fork into his dish fiercely. "Don't be upset, Samuel; I remember what she did to me.""What makes you want to meet her, though?" "As I have already pardoned her for her transgressions.""What made you so quick to forgive her?" Samuel balled his fist in frustration. "Samuel, it's time for us to forgive her, as she has already dealt with her karma." "Sorry, Scarlet, my heart isn't as huge and kind as yours; you can do whatever you want, but don't ask me to drive you to the hospital." He got out of his chair. "Okay, Samuel, you are not required to accompany me." "Scarlet, what do you mean? Don't tell me you are going to meet that woman without my permission." "You got me correct, my dear husband; I am going to meet her today." "Scarlet, I am not allowing you to go meet her." He abruptly paused and gave
"Scarlett's point of view,""Mama." "Elan, my son." I screamed aloud. "Scarlet, what happened? How you're feeling right now." Samuel's voice reached my ears. "Look, Samuel, I think Elan is right here with me; I heard his voice. Where is my son?" I opened my eyes, looking around for any sign of Elan. "Scarlet, you don't need to worry about your children. Just relax. They're doing fine." Samuel extended a glass of water to me. "Are you telling the truth?""Yes, my dear wife. Our kids are fit and fine. They were waiting for you to wake up right here.""You are lying, that's for sure. I have no faith in you. If they were waiting for me, why can't I see them?" Samuel's word is hard for me to trust because he can do anything to soothe me right now. "Trust me, Scarlet—they were in this room just before you woke up, and they were right here.""No, I'm not going to trust you." I shook my hand in rejection. "Why do you not have faith in me? Tell me why I would deceive you." He grinned
"Samuel's point of view,""Please open your eyes, Scarlet." I gave her a little tap on the cheek to rouse her. She fainted from the fumes. "Harry, she is not opening her eyes; I think we have to take her to the hospital." I turned to face Harry. "Relax, Samuel; she'll be OK in a few minutes. We can't leave until we find your children." I don't know how he can be so calm in this kind of circumstance. As a mafia member, he may have dealt with situations similar to this one daily, but the entire circumstance scares me. "Water." Scarlett's voice reached my ears. "Thank God you're okay, Scarlet." I gave her a happy forehead kiss. "Are we still alive?" With bafflement, she glanced at me. "Yes, we are." I smiled at her question. "Where are my children, Samuel?"It's hard for me to respond to her inquiry. How could I tell her that they were lost now? "Clara ran off with our children. With any luck, Harry could save us.Scarlet, please relax first; we will find another way to find our
"Scarlett's point of view,""Scarlet, are you ready?" He pulled up the automobile in front of a wooden house. "Humm, I am ready." I nodded in accord. "Samuel, please find a good woman and marry her if she kills me today so that my children will never experience the need of their moms." I met his gaze with watery eyes. "Scarlet, don't cry; you won't suffer any consequences. We have no intention of endangering your life; our only purpose is to take back our children from Clara. Apply this perfume all over before you step out of the car." He extended a perfume bottle to me. "Samuel, this cologne smells awful to me. If I apply this scent to my body, I lose control over my vomiting." Smelling the perfume bottle, I covered my mouth to contain my vomit. "I know it will be hard for you to tolerate the scent of this perfume, Scarlet, but I was in a rush and only found this flavor. Please, don't throw up." With an imploring look, he asked me. "Please don't give me these puppy eyes; I'm us
"Samuel's point of view,""Samuel, could you please tell me what's going on now? Why did you take me inside the house with so much caution?" She regarded me with suspicion. What do I tell her now? I'm afraid she won't believe me if I tell her the truth—that her life is in danger. She is still unaware of her enemy. She believes she has no enemies, but she has entirely forgotten about her animosity with Clara. "Samuel, why are you silent? Please respond to my query. I want to know who kidnapped my children." She grew anxious to learn the identity of the kidnapper. "I'll tell you everything in detail, but first, Scarlet, please calm down." She would undoubtedly not believe me when I told her the truth, but I could no longer keep this a secret from her because of her restlessness. "Samuel, don't put too much pressure on her; she isn't ready to accept the reality." I was almost ready to spill the beans when I was interrupted by Harry's warning about Scarlet's pregnancy. "Which truth a
