They arrived at the park, their hair full of snow after some minutes of playing snowball. There were only little people at the park and after Kevin got their tickets they moved in.

"Is this your favorite spot?" Kevin asked, handing her a lemonade as he sat on the swing next to her.

"Yes, when I was a kid. I haven't been here in a really long while" she answered

"Why?"

Karen sighed quietly, "I use to come here with Zachary but we suddenly stopped." when I was diagnosed with my disease.. she didn't add.

"Zachary seems to be in love with you." Kevin said, his voice low, almost a whisper. Karen turned to him,

"I think he knows he's not getting anything out of that," she replied "It's almost like I don't know him anymore."

A moment ensued between them. While Karen was smiling at the kids playing and running about, Kevin's gaze was fixed on her. She is the only thing he could see anyway.

And then suddenly, she snapped her head towards him, "Mr Kord, how many kids would you love to have?"
