Everyone was congratulating her because she had managed to crack a big deal that day and was also promoted to a higher rank. “How was I so stupid? How could I fall for her so easily? Why did I let my walls down for her? It hurts… She’s one of the most popular people in the school and I’m a nobody, I’m just a loser who can’t even make any friends! What the hell was I expecting? She would like me back, no she would just hate someone like me! You don’t deserve any love, you didn’t get any love from your parents! How can you expect it from somewhere else? Just die already! You’re just a fucking burden on everyone!!” Evelyn was shocked after reading all that. Unexpectedly she had tears in her eyes. How could someone love this much and yet hate themselves so much? "It's so nice to meet you again," A girl said as she laid her bag on the table. The rest of the people who had already arrived greeted her just as they had for others. It had been 3 years since they last saw each other, which was on the last day of high school, and now the president of the batch 2017 had contacted all of them and invited them to the reunion. Everyone was laughing loudly and enjoying themselves; talking about the old times and how they had been doing after that. In the corner sat a quiet girl, brown eyes and black hair, she was pretty but the aura around her was dark enough to keep them away. “Evelyn!
