Eros’ POV

“You don’t have to send them home.” Jeffrey whispered his displeasure as I open the door into my office.

It reminds me of the time Dalia came to apologize. Those were moments I despise. It shouldn’t happen again... I decided, taking my seat and pointing at the leather chair across the table. Jeffrey took that one. I removed my suit, hung it on the coat rack and adjusted my tie. It is beginning to get hot.

Very soon, I would turn on the news to find out that I have sent nearly half of my staff home. “You have your company Jeffrey. I am sure there were moments when you wished you sent your staff home. You didn’t or did you?” I asked dryly.

Jeffrey tilts his head before the weight of my words sank in. Then he chuckled. “You are right.. I do send them home sometimes. But the way you handle your staff is simply amazing...
