“Let’s go,” he said.

Sabrina's brows knitted together, “Where?”

Pursing his lips, he stared at her for a long time before he pulled her up by the arm. “Courthouse,” he answered curtly.

“Courthouse?” She repeated.

Gab pursed his lips as he stared at her innocent face. There was a nagging feeling inside him that was telling him what he was about to do was wrong. However, seeing her droopy but sparkling eyes immediately pulled him deeper into his desire.

Shutting his eyes, he shook his head and groaned. Then, upon opening his eyes, he immediately scooped her up and carried her out of the bar.

“Heeyyy~” giggling, Sabrina clung her arms around his neck. “We’re not married yet. Shouldn’t you give me a ring first before you carry me to your room?” she chuckled.

Shaking his head, Gab unlocked his car and put her in the passenger’s seat.

“Stay still,” he muttered when the woman wiggled from her seat.

“I need a ring!”

“I know. Just wait for it, okay?” He smiled then patted her head.

Closing the door as gently as he could, he then took out his mobile phone and called his executive assistant. “I’m going to the courthouse, arrange everything for my wedding tonight and bring the ring..” his gaze went back to Sabrina whose head was leaning on the window with her eyes closed. “It’s in my office, inside my drawer”

His eyes darkened after ending the call.

That ring had been sitting inside his drawer for five years already. His mother gave him that ring she was wearing as soon as she overheard him asking about the daughter of one of their employees.

Pocketing the mobile phone, he gracefully walked around the car and stepped inside the driver’s seat.

His eyes immediately landed on Sabrina as soon as he was seated. Expecting that she would open her eyes and demand for her ring again, he was surprised when she did not move.

“Sab?”

His thick eyebrows knitted together when he got no response. Gently, he pressed his index finger on her chubby and rosy cheek but still, she did not move.

In an instant, his eyes softened. A soft chuckle then escaped his mouth upon realizing that she had fallen asleep.

Leaning on his side, he watched her sleeping form. His eyes glimmered as a small smile plastered on his lips.

“You're so innocent,” he shook his head.

His mind changed again as he did not want to take advantage of her drunkenness. However, a big part of him badly wanted to take the opportunity as he did not know whether there would still be a chance if he let that slip away.

Shutting his eyes, he took a deep breath and released a loud sigh.

As he opened his eyes, he immediately started the engine and planned to just take her home. However, as he drove away, his mobile phone rang.

“Everything’s ready, Sir. Judge Torrealba is waiting in his office..” Harold, his assistant, informed as soon as he answered the call.

His jaw hardened as he pursed his lips.

He was not sure if it’s coincidence or fate that was really tempting him to do bad. His mother wouldn’t be so happy once she learned it as he was not raised to be an unscrupulous person.

Clicking his tongue, he was about to end the call as his conscience was killing him. But then, Sabrina, who was supposed to be sleeping, suddenly spoke.

“I’m going to get married to Gabby..”

Her voice was a little slurry and he was not able to understand it aside from the last word, Gabby.

He swore that nickname had something as it did make his heart backflipped.

“Sir? Is there anything you need?” The other line queried.

Biting the bottom of his lips, he stared at the road darkly, thinking hard while his chest was hammering hard.

“Where’s my ring?” Sabrina interrupted his thoughts.

Rather than answering nor glancing her way, Gab accelerated the car instead. Also, he immediately ended the call as he did not want his assistant to listen to whatever Sabrina was going to stay if she ever spoke again.

In no time, they reached the courthouse and he did not waste any second. He quickly stepped out of the car and ran around the passenger’s and opened the door for her.

“We’re here,’ he said in a cold voice.

Meanwhile, Sabrina slowly opened her eyes and looked at him. Her face was red while she could barely open her eyes.

“Where?” she queried.

Her head tilted as she tried to see him, but almost instantly, a giggle escaped her lips and her droopy eyes glimmered.

“You got my ring now? Here..” she said then clumsily extended her hand, showing her empty fingers on him.

The corner of Gab’s lips lifted while his blue eyes darkened. He grabbed her hand and interlinked their fingers before he leaned down and kissed her knuckles.

“Not yet, my love. You have to sign our marriage certificate first,” he muttered before scooping her up and carried her inside the courthouse.

And there standing the judge who will officiate the wedding. Beside him was his assistant and lawyer. There was a table between them and on top of it, laying the papers that will be the proof that they got married.

Gabriel didn't come back for dinner which disappointed Sabrina. She was waiting for him so they could discuss what she wanted to add in the agreement contract. But she had already revised the agreement thrice and still no Gabriel showed up.That evening, Sabrina stayed up till late night until her eyelids felt heavy. Eventually she fell asleep waiting for him to come home with the papers in her hand. Morning came and as soon as she opened her eyes, she immediately checked if Gabriel was there. But to her dismay, the left side of the bed was empty and there was no trace that someone had slept there. Sabrina didn't know why she was disappointed though. They were not a real couple and even if their marriage was real, them being together was only bound with a contract with no feelings and attachment. They’re there to use each other, she reminded herself. Standing up, she took a quick shower and wore a simple dress. Since Gabriel was not there, might as well just go to her parents' hou

Gasping loudly, Sabrina immediately crossed her arms over her chest. She felt exposed in front of Gabriel even though she’s wearing an oversized shirt. “Is that how you dressed when you were still living with your ex?” he queried. His voice was deep and calm, but there was a hint of coldness in it that made Sabrina shivered. Awkwardly, she lowered her gaze while biting the bottom of her lips, avoiding his gaze. “Y-yes,” she answered. She was puzzled why he was asking. But she never walked around wearing only panties and an oversized shirt when Anthon was there. In fact, she hardly saw him in the apartment for she almost lived in the office. And when she went home, it was only to shower and sleep. Silence filled the room. Sabrina glanced at Gabriel and saw him staring at her darkly. Dark smoke around him was the only thing left and he would look like the villian in a superhero movie. She immediately shifted her gaze back on the carpeted floor. The deafening silence made the at

“No way!” Elizabeth screamed. Furiously, she walked towards them and pulled Sabrina’s hair.“Ouch!” Sabrina was surprised at the attack. She was not expecting it as she was still in trance by Gabriel’s sudden introduction of her. “Elizabeth!” Joseph's voice thundered. Meanwhile, Gabriel went between them and grip the woman’s wrist tightly causing her to squeal in pain and finally let go of Sabrina’s hand. “Get the fvck out of here before I could hurt you!” Gabriel roared as he wrapped his arms around Sabrina securely. “Gab! Why are you doing this?! I’m your fiancèe!” Elizabeth exclaimed. “Kick that slut out of here quick!” “Eli! Enough!” Joseph held her sister’s arms to stop her from coming to her. Sabrina’s mind was in haze. She was confused at the sudden turn of events. Wasn’t Elizabeth just treating her like a ghost earlier? Why did her attention focus on her all of a sudden?!“You know what I’m capable of doing when I’m mad, Joseph,” Gabriel said in a warning tone. “Let’s

Sabrina frowned as her gaze landed on the newcomers. Her body froze upon seeing the woman strutting confidently towards them. Although she just saw her once, Sabrina couldn’t be mistaken and was very certain that it was the same woman who was rumored to be Gabriel’s fiancèe. ‘What is she doing here?!’ her mind was screaming. “What are you doing here?” Gabriel repeated as if he could read her mind. Frowning, Sabrina glanced at her husband and saw him looking genuinely surprised as well. It must be too shallow of her, but knowing that he as well did not expect the woman to come over made her feel a little relieved. . .for some reason. “I’m here to visit you, what else?” the woman smiled flirtatiously, “I hope you don't mind that I brought my friends as well,” she added then looked at her three friends behind her and winked at them. Sabrina’s forehead creased. It was already overwhelming for her to meet Joseph unexpectedly and upon seeing there were more strange people sud

“Sabrina!” Gabriel abruptly stood up and ran towards her. Meanwhile, Sabrina stood there frozen, still processing what she had just witnessed. Her eyes and mouth were wide open as she stared at her husband in bewilderment. “Y-you. . .g-gay?” she stuttered, suddenly forgetting to speak properly. Gabriel's face darkened. Immediately, she stepped back, thinking that his reaction was a confirmation and he was mad because she discovered his darkest secret. ‘No wonder he didn't want anything!’ she thought. “You must be the wife,” the unknown guy stood up and extended his hand, “We’ve finally met. Gabriel never mentioned you, so I don't know anything about you..” he said in a very serious voice. Sabrina did not move. She stood there like a statue and just stared at Joseph. He was equally as handsome as Gabriel, both intimidating. However, he seemed to be on a lighter side while Gabriel looked mysterious and overwhelming. They have the same physique as well but her husband was a few

Gabriel grinned when he felt her kiss him back right away. He shut his eyes and deepened the kiss, at the same time, the heat on his body ignited as if it fueled the desire he was suppressing. “W-wait..” Sabrina mumbled. “Hmm?” he hummed but instead of stopping, his kisses lowered down her neck. That made Sabrina gasped and he felt her nails dug into his shoulders. Gabriel was already losing his control. Her sweet and floral smell plus the taste of her skin were intoxicating. Grunting, he bit her neck and was about to suck it when suddenly, soft knocks and his butler’s voice echoed through from the outside of the room. “Young Master, I’m sorry for disturbing you but, you have a visitor”Sabrina immediately pushed him away in shock. Gabriel laid on the bed and groaned in annoyance. Whoever that visitor, he hoped that person had a very important reason for coming. “I’m going to the bathroom now,” Sabrina hastily stood up and ran to the bathroom.Gabriel’s jaw clenched as he wat

Sabrina wanted to be swallowed by the ground. Her cheeks were burning and she was sure her face was like strawberries. Collective giggles filled the air, reminding Sabrina that dozens of servants were still lined up in front of them. Instinctively, she hid behind Gabriel and clutched his shirt. Her eyebrows deeply furrowed when she heard Gabriel chuckled. “Do you wanna go to our room now?” re queried. Without hesitation, she quickly replied. “Yes!” Gabriel took her hand while laughing. With her head low, they walked past the servants and went to the master bedroom. It was the same room she woke up in that day, but she was just not sure if something had changed for she didn't really look around that much then, as she was too distracted by Gabriel. Sabrina took her time and examined each corner of the room. Despite having a king size bed and a sofa set, the room still looked spacious that her room seemed like a dog house if she compared. On the left, there's a closed door, that

“What's your plan today?” Tomas queried over breakfast. Sabrina did not answer and automatically looked at Gabriel. But her eyebrows instantly furrowed remembering how he just left her in her room after changing into decent clothes. ‘Did he see me gawking at his body?’ she thought. She shut her eyes and shook her head. She didn't gawk at his body! Her eyes just automatically followed his hands when he fixed the towel around his tiny waist. “Are you okay, Sab?” Marie inquired. Sabrina’s eyes widened, she awkwardly smiled. “O-of course, Auntie,” she chirped. Then she quickly looked down on her plate and stabbed the sausage with her fork with such force. Sabrina could hear Gabriel chuckling next to her, but she just ignored him and bit the sausage like she was starved for days. Fortunately, her parents didn’t fry although she could feel her stepmother's stare on her. Sabrina had no idea why she felt so annoyed. It was so unusual of her to feel upset over something she didn't kn

Sabrina's eyes were about to pop out of its sockets whilst her jaw almost dropped on the floor. “W-w-what?!” she exclaimed. Gabriel loved her reaction so much that he couldn't suppress his chuckles. “I always sleep naked. I'm not used to sleeping on the hard surface so at least let me sleep comfortably”Sabrina gawked at him as though she saw a ghost. Her mouth kept opening and closing like a fish who got out of the water, unable to coherent a word. “But I'm not forcing you to agree. If you're not comfortable with me sleeping naked on the floor, just let me sleep here beside you..” “No!” she quickly retorted. “No?” his thick eyebrows raised. Sabrina shook her head. “No to both!” she muttered indignantly. “This is my room. My word is the rule here. If you want to sleep here, follow what I want or sleep in the guestroom!” Her face was still red but from the way she glared at him, Gabriel knew she was really mad already. Gabriel was not a jerk who would push her to the edge just
