William was stuck now. And he had to make a quick decision within seconds. Carrying Anna bridal style, he ignored her making strange sounds in her sleep as much as he could, as he grabbed her bag from the floor.

Then he went over to his Lamborghini sports car which he had picked out for today and opened the passenger door with a click of his car key, gently placing Anna on the car seat before he shut the door and walked over to the other side.

“Baby,” Anna murmured in her sleep and he rolled his eyes at her, starting his ignition. Troublesome woman. Why the hell was he taking her to his place in the first place? He should be calling her husband or something to pick her up.

Now that was an idea.

Explain to the husband why he was carrying her and try to deal with the fact that another man had taken what was rightfully his to have.

His hands tightened over the steering wheel.

But he knew that it would be safer than just leaving her somewhere. It would also be more efficient.
